XLRI Achieves 100% Summer Placements for PGDM 2024-26 Batch; Highest Stipend at ₹3.5 Lakh per Month

XLRI Summer Internship Placement: As many as 604 students bagged offers from 133 firms, of which 37 were new recruiters.

XLRI – Xavier School of Management has announced 100% summer placements for the 2024-26 batch in the two-year Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) human resource and business management programs. The total number of students were placed through summer internships on XLRI’s Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR campuses.

As per the institute, 604 students have received offers from 133 firms, with 37 of them being new recruiters in the placement process. The roles included consulting, finance, sales and marketing, general management, product management, operations, analytics, and human resources.

XLRI Summer Internship Placement: Highest package at Rs 3.50 LPM

According to the official press release, the highest stipend reported was Rs 3.50 lakhs per month from the BFSI sector. XLRI secured the average stipend for the PGDM program 2024-26 batch at Rs 1.67 lakhs per month, with a median of Rs 1.60 lakhs per month.

The median stipends of the highest 10%, 25%, and 50% of students are Rs 2.54 LPM, Rs 2.42 LPM, and Rs 2.27 LPM, respectively. Furthermore, 84% of all offers have a stipend of more than Rs 1 lakh per month, while 64% have more than Rs 1.5 lakh per month.
