Those who have appeared for EAMCET or JEE Mains or JEE Advanced are exempted from appearing for VSAT. They can take part in the further admission process directly.

Individuals have to pass the entrance test VSAT with required qualifying marks to be eligible for further procedure which includes counselling.

Counselling is the process where the students can choose the course of their choice and the institution where they desire to study it.

Selection will be done based on performance in the qualifying exam, written test, choice of the course by candidate and availability of seats there.

Who can take up VSAT 2024 registration?

UG Engineering

Candidates taking VSAT 2024 registration with a focus on engineering must have passed plus two from science stream with subjects as maths/biology physics and chemistry.

UG Science

Candidates taking VSAT 2024 registration with a focus on science must have passed plus two from science stream with subjects as maths/biology physics and chemistry.

UG Non Science

Candidates taking VSAT 2024 registration with a focus on non-science subjects must have passed plus two from any stream from a recognized educational institution.

Those aiming for commerce can pass plus two preferably from commerce stream.

PG Engineering/Science/Non-Science

Candidates taking VSAT 2024 registration with a focus on postgraduation must have passed graduation in the relevant discipline from a recognized educational institution.

PhD

Candidates taking VSAT 2024 registration with a focus on doctorate (PhD) must have passed postgraduation in the relevant discipline from a recognized educational institution.

Online

Candidates can take up VSAT 2024 registration on the official website at ‘https://www.vignan.ac.in/’

1. The URL mentioned above must be typed into the browser and submit it to allow the website to download.

2. Once the website is ready, candidates can click the button <Admissions>.

3. Clicking the above button will lead to another webpage ‘https://vignan.ac.in/v-sat/’

4. After the webpage with above URL opens, candidates can read all the information about admission.

5. After reading all the details, candidates can provide details like their name, date of birth, mobile number and create an account.

6. Once the account is ready, candidates can login and start VSAT 2024 registration.

Applicants can take up VSAT 2024 registration through offline mode also.

Offline A

Candidates can download the VSAT 2024 registration form the official website ‘https://vignan.ac.in/v-sat/’

Post download, they can take a printout and fill it and submit it along with required documents at the institution directly or send it to the institution by post or courier.

Point to remember

The last date to take up VSAT 2024 registration is 25 February 2024. The dates for entrance exam and process after that will likely be announced in due course.
