VITEEE 2020 exam: Regn date superbly extended for great exam till 15 July
VITEEE 2020 exam, the last date to register for VIT Engineering Entrance Examination 2020 is extended to 15 July. The date for VITEEE 2020 exam however remains the same.
The exam will take place from 29 July to 2 August. Vellore Institute of Technology, a reputed educational institution based in Vellore in Tamilnadu conducts conducts the test.
VITEEE 2020 exam was supposed to be conducted from 13 to 19 April initially, but that did not happen. Similarly, the last date for applying for VITEEE 2020 exam was said to be 22 March initially, later on that was also extended.
Sources say, the reasons behind these changes in the dates for VITEEE 2020 exam is the lock down caused by corona virus outbreak in India.
VITEEE 2020 exam is usually conducted in April every year, however VITEEE 2020 exam did not take place as per the usually planned schedule.
VITEEE 2020 exam will be held in more than 110 cities in three different sessions. This is also a very well-known exam and students apply in large numbers every year.
Sources say, more than one lakh students applied for the exam last year. Success in VITEEE 2020 exam can be obtained if the applicant is good at maths, physics, chemistry, biology subjects that are taught at 12th standard level.
After passing VITEEE 2020 exam, students have to attend counselling sessions. Admissions are provided based on the performance in VITEEE 2020 and also marks obtained in the qualifying exam.
Candidates with bright academic record also receive a good encouragement at VIT in form of fee waiver.
Exam toppers from both state and central boards are said to have been provided a 100 percent tuition fee waiver the previous year.
It isn’t only that, even students whose score remains in top 1 to 50 in VITEEE 2020 exam also are said to get fee waivers. So students must prepare well and get a good score in VITEEE 2020 exam.
The date for slot booking for VITEEE 2020 exam will be announced at a later date, date for declaration of results, counselling dates and class commencement dates will also be announced later.

Applicants can provide their email id, name, date of birth and other related information and register to obtain user id and password. Post registration, the application process can be started.
The exam pattern for VITEEE 2020 exam will have multiple choice questions. This is a pattern where each question will have more than one replies, students have to choose the right answer.
Questions that appear in VITEEE 2020 exam as told earlier will be related to lessons of maths, physics and chemistry and biology of classes 10, 11 and 12. Also questions related to english and aptitude will be asked.
Maths or Biology will have 40 questions, Physics and Chemistry will have 35 questions each, 10 questions will be related to Aptitude and 5 questions are related to English language.
