UP BEd JEE 2021: Apply for it from great Feb 18 onwards
UP BEd JEE 2021 notification has been released and candidates can start applying from February 18 onwards.
The exam will be conducted on May 19 this year and admit cards for UP BEd JEE 2021 will be made available for download from May 10 onwards.
About the UP BEd JEE 2021 exam
University of Lucknow will be conducting UP BEd JEE 2021 which is of a state level exam in Uttar Pradesh.
Candidates who pass this exam can get admission into two year BEd programme by about 16 colleges and universities.
This is the second time in a row that University of Lucknow is conducting the exam.
Eligibility
Candidates willing to apply for UP BEd JEE 2021 exam must have passed bachelors or masters degree in sciences, humanities or social sciences stream.
Individuals who have completed BE/BTech with 55 percent pass marks at the minimum can also apply for UP BEd JEE 2021 exam.
Even candidates who are appearing for their final year tests of their qualifying degree can also apply for UP BEd JEE 2021.
However, these candidates have to pass the exam and should be able to produce documents for that by the time counselling starts.
Important dates
The notification for UP BEd JEE 2021 was released on 1 February and application submission will begin on 18 February.
The last date to submit applications for UP BEd JEE 2021 is 15 March.
The last date to register for the exam by paying the late fee is 22 March.
Halltickets for the UP BEd JEE 2021 will be released on 10 May. The exam will be conducted on 19 May this year.
The result of UP BEd JEE 2021 will be declared in between 20 to 25 June.
How to apply
Candidates must remember that the process to apply for UP BEd JEE 2021 exam is online.

Soon after the webpage downloads, individuals can see a menu right below the banner and logo of University of Lucknow.
Candidates have to choose ‘Admission’ in that menu and click the first option titled ‘UP JEE BEd 2021 – 23’ that is visible soon after one places the mouse on ‘Admission’
Post clicking UP JEE BEd 2021 – 23′ another webpage will download where they can see whole lot links.
Applicants have to click the appropriate link and start registration to obtain username and password.
Using the credentials, applicants for UP BEd JEE 2021 must login and start applying for the exam.
They have to upload required documents like their 10th class marksheets, marksheets of qualifying exam if available, category certificate if applicable and pay the registration fee.

Post registration fee payment, applicants can submit the form for UP BEd JEE 2021 finally.
Candidates have to remember to verify the details for accuracy and in case of mistakes, they can rectify them.
After ensuring no errors, applicants have to submit the form finally.
Post final submission confirmation, applicants can take a printout of the application and preserve it for future use.
Application fee
The registration fee for UP BEd JEE 2021 is Rs 1500 for candidates from General and OBC categories.
SC/ST category candidates from Uttar Pradesh have to pay Rs 750 and SC/ST category candidates from other states have to pay Rs 1500.
The fee can be paid through net banking, debit card, credit card.
Late fee
Candidates of General and OBC categories have to pay Rs 2500 as late fee if they are submitting applications for UP BEd JEE 2021 late.
Late fee for UP BEd JEE 2021 exam for SC/ST candidates of Uttar Pradesh is Rs 1200.
The late fee for UP BEd JEE 2021 applicants of other states is Rs 2500.
Exam pattern
UP BEd JEE 2021 is a pen and paper mode test and the duration of the exam is three hours for each paper.
The questions in UP BEd JEE 2021 exam are in multiple choice format, where every question will have more than one answer.
Candidates have to choose the right one among the available replies.
Each correct answer in UP BEd JEE 2021 exam will carry two marks.
There will be two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2.
Paper 1 of UP BEd JEE 2021 exam will have questions related to General Knowledge and Hindi/English (anyone) and total marks are 200.
Paper 2 of UP BEd JEE 2021 on the other hand will have General Aptitute Test and Professional Subject from arts/sciences/commerce/agriculture streams.
The second paper is for a total of 200 marks.
Candidates will be able to roughly estimate their score in the exam after verifying their replies with answer keys released on the official website.
Soon after the results are released, candidates will be able to know their exact scores in UP BEd JEE 2021 exam.
The results for UP BEd JEE 2021 exam will be available in form of a score card.

After results
Candidates who have got the required score in BEd JEE can take part in the counselling process.
Candidates have to register for the counselling process and then choose the course and the college where they wish to study.
After seat allotment and confirmation, candidates have to pay the fees and join the college where he or she is allotted a seat.
