Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology (SVPUAT) is conducting this recruitment drive to appoint assistant professors.

Registration for SVPUAT Recruitment 2023 began on 19 September 2023 and the last date to submit applications is 18 October 2023. Candidates with required eligibility can submit applications.

These vacancies are based at College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, College of Agriculture, College of Technology, College of Post Harvest Technology and Food Processing and College of Horticulture.

Candidates willing to apply for this SVPUAT Recruitment 2023 have to pass postgraduation in the relevant discipline with 55% pass marks at the minimum.

They should also have cleared NET or SLET (National Eligibility Test or State Level Eligibility Test). Candidates who have been awarded PhD are exempted from NET or SLET.

NET is conducted by UGC, CSIR or ICAR and SLET will be conducted by the respective authorities of the state.

Process for selection

The selection for the post of assistant professor through this SVPUAT Recruitment will be done based on the applicant’s performance.

The performance in the graduation, post graduation, doctorate/NET or SLET Exam, awards and recognitions and work experience will be considered.

The Commission for Air Quality Management in Delhi NCR noticed due to increasing pollution in the city to put forward the revised schedule of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) IV.
