SRCC secures 115 internship offers. The major recruiters are McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Nomura, and Accenture among others.
The total offers in placement 2024 of SRCC-DU were in excess of 500 with Rs 43.42 crores. In this year also, the students of Delhi University college earned the highest ever salary of Rs 35 lakh; the average stands at Rs 8.63 lakh.
More than 135 recruiters attended this SRCC placement drive through 15 industries including those in consulting, investment banks, FMCG, the startups, and e-com. Offers came from McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deutsche Bank, Blackstone, Kearney, Bank of America, Nomura, L.E.K. Consulting, and Accenture. There was a hike of 29% over the last year in this number of companies visiting.
In the case of internships, students received more than 115 offers and a gross stipend amount of Rs 47.25 lakh. The highest stipend has been recorded at Rs 3.67 lakh per month while the gross value saw an increase of 98% this year.

PwD recruitment, SRCC fresh placements
Organisations like Deloitte, Accenture Strategy, Marico, and ICF Consulting participated in the recruitment drive for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), while Bain & Company, Dabur, EY, and Better.com, have shown interest in hiring them.

Moreover, the phase 1 of SRCC placements 2024-25 is underway, with more than 220 offers so far. New recruiters like Goldman Sachs, S&P Global, and NIIFL have joined, leading to a 30% increase in offer value compared to last year, as per chief secretary of the placement cell.
