For long there were discussion on dates for starting NEET UG 2025 registration, the process has begun.

Admission into UG medical courses, popularly known as MBBS would commence with conducting NEET UG for 2025. Candidates who pass the exam have to take part in the counselling for MBBS admission.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun registration on its official website and the exam will be conducted on 4 May 2025.

NEET UG 2025 registration is going on from 7 February to 7 March 2025.

Last date to pay the fee in connection with NEET UG 2025 registration is 11:50 PM on 7 March 2025.

Application can also be submitted till 11:50 PM on 7 March 2025 from 7 February 2025.

City intimation slip announcement will be done on 26 April 2025. Admit cards will be available for download from 1 May 2025.

Exam will be on 4 May 2025 and duration of the exam is three hours or 180 minutes. Results will be released by 14 June 2025 tentatively.

Candidates have to write the exam and pass it with required qualifying marks to be eligible for taking part in the counselling process for getting admitted into a medical college.

The full name of the exam is National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test  Undergraduate.

NEET UG 2025 registration fees

NEET UG 2025 registration fees is Rs 1700 for candidates of General category.

The same for those from General EWS/OBC NCL is Rs 1600. SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender category applicants have to pay Rs 1000 as fees while taking up NEET UG 2025 registration.

Fees to be paid is Rs 9500 for candidates choosing to write NEET UG 2025 outside India.
