OJEE 2020 Cut-offs to be released after the great exam
OJEE 2020 cut-off marks for the exam conducted by Odisha Joint Entrance Examination will be released after the examination is conducted and its results are declared.
OJEE 2020 will be conducted to offer admissions into graduate (lateral entry) engineering and pharmacy and also post graduate courses in management, computer applications, engineering, planning and pharmacy in educational institutions across Odisha.
Post publication of result for OJEE 2020, the cut-off for the same with regards to various courses will be announced.
Though there is no announcement result declaration date, sources indicate the results for OJEE 2020 exam will likely be made public in October this year.
Soon after the release of the result, candidates have to check the result keeping in mind the cut-off marks. Cut-off marks are the minimum marks candidates have to score to pass the exam.
Candidates have either score the exact prescribed cut-off marks or more than it for them to pass the exam.
Those who have passed the OJEE 2020 can focus on the next phase, that is counselling.
Candidates selected for counselling will be informed about the dates for the same.

They have to take part in the counselling process and details regarding this will be informed at the appropriate time lateron.
Candidates selected in the counselling will have to pay the college admission fees and join the college.
The registration for OJEE 2020 Cut-offs and exam was thrown open on 6 February this year, the last date for submitting the application was 20 March initially which was later on extended to 31 July.
The last date to pay the fee for OJEE 2020 exam was also extended to 5 August from its actual 20 March.
The date of exam for OJEE 2020 was actually 2 to 5 May, but it was postponed for another day owing to corona virus situation.

Soon after the declaration of the exam date for OJEE 2020, candidates can visit the official website of the exam ‘https://ojee.nic.in/publicinfo/public/home.aspx’ and search for the link to download hall-tickets.
The link will be likely made available on the official website about 10 or 15 days before the commencement of the exam.
Candidates can download the admit-cards by clicking on the appropriate link on the official website and enter details like application number, date of birth and submit them to obtain hall-ticket.
Similarly, results can be checked on the official website by clicking the appropriate link and entering roll number, date of birth and other details.

Balangir, Parlakhimundi (Gajapati), Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Nayagarh and Phulbani (Kandhamal) are the new centres established in Odisha.
Patna, Ranchi and Kolkata have been established outside the state this time. Candidates have been given an option to choose exam centres as per their convenience.
Exam pattern for OJEE 2020 comprises multiple choice questions that have to be answered online. The mode of the exam is computer based test mode (CBT).

The duration of the exam is three hours for B.Pharmacy admission aspirants, the exam duration is for two hours for the aspirants lateral entry B.Tech, BSc, MCA.
The duration is two hours also for regular MBA, MCA and M.Tech. Aspirants for MPharmacy, Integrated MBA and lateral entry B.Pharmacy have one hour duration to finish OJEE 2020.

Consequent upon the provisions of the Odisha Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act,2007, the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination committee was formed on recommendation of Policy Planning Body with due approval by the Government ( Skill Development and Technical Education Department) following the resolution no:I-TTE-45/2013-3842/ETET dated 04.07.2013 for the purpose of holding Common Entrance Examinations for admission to the Undergraduate/Postgraduate Level Professional Courses in the State of Odisha.
