NTA starts SMS helpline number – NTA or National Testing Agency has started a text message helpline for answering various queries related to exams being conducted by the well-known agency. Sources say, the decision to start the helpline was taken keeping in mind the present coronavirus concern.
While its known that NTA conducts JEE Mains, UGC NET, NEET, there is uncertainty related to them currently owing to the current coronoavirus outbreak. While a few exams have been postponed, there are chances of others being postponed.

‘collegechalo‘ is providing these mobile number where by candidates can send their queries related to exams conducted by NTA in form of SMS. The numbers are listed below:
8178359845, 8700028512, 9650173668, 9599676953 and 8882356803. Candidates who have applied for exams like JEE Mains, UGCNET, NEET can send their queries in form of SMS to be above numbers.
The questions can be related to the status of exams. The exam conducting agency is said to have taken this measure with an objective of reaching as many applicants as possible in a shorter duration of time.
It is also to be reminded that NTA has been working with limited resources at their disposal owing to the precautions implemented to curtail coronavirus havoc. Applicants can send text queries (SMS) to these numbers regarding exams.
For other information, candidates can regularly visit the website of the exam conducting organisation at regular intervals. The SMS helpline numbers are available from 9:30am to 5:30pm.
Students have been calling the organisation in large numbers to know about the status of various exams these days. There are other emails to which candidates can send their queries with regards to other issues.

Now the hall ticket will be released on some other date instead of originally scheduled 27 March. The reason behind the postponement is said to be the coronoavirus outbreak in the country. Sources from the popular agency are said to have confirmed this.
The new date for release of hallticket is expected to be announced soon. Sources however say, no decision has been taken with regards to postponement of NEET exam. As usual, authorities have requested the students to keep visiting the website of NTA for regular updates.
NTA starts SMS helpline number – It is to be recollected that the registration for NEET 2020 began on 2 November last year and went on till 6 January this year. The date of NEET exam is said to be 3 May and its result is said to be declared on 4 June.
The exam will be held in 11 languages and provides an opportunity to gain entrance into popular medical colleges across India to study medicine. There is a talk about postponement of NEET exam also. Amidst a situation when many exams have been postponed, there is a likely possibility of even NEET being conducted on some other date. Further developments in this regard may be known soon.
