There are a lot of interesting points with regard to NIRF Rankings 2023. The present year saw the addition of one new discipline – Agriculture and Allied Sciences.

1. IIT Madras

This institution has once again garnered the top position as per NIRF Rankings 2023. It has won No 1 position in that ratings.

The Institute strongly believes that talent and good ideas can come from anywhere and has a remarkably diverse community, drawing students from across all Indian states and from various countries.

The departments and centres of the Institute are responsible for the academic activities which include Teaching, Research and Industrial Consultancy.

2. Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore

Bangalore was renamed Bengaluru long ago, however, its contributions to the field of higher learning still continue to be of the same relevance.

The popularity of this organization has managed to penetrate even into foreign lands. NIRF Rankings 2023 have allotted this organization a ninth position in the overall category.

10.Jawaharlal Nehru University

NIRF Rankings 2023 have given this institution a 10th position in the overall category. Several academic Centres of the university have been declared by the University Grants Commission (UGC) to be ‘Centres of Excellence.’

It requires candidates to pass national-level exams like NEET UG, and JEE Advanced with required qualifying marks. Those who obtain the required qualifying marks in the entrance exams can apply for further process.

Interested candidates can apply for Advanced E-SDP for New Venture Creation or the six-day programme Advanced MDP for Business Scale-Up for MSMEs. Both the programmes are free of cost for students and funded by ESDP, and MSME.

The Advanced E-SDP for New Venture Creation will run from February 3 to 7, 2025, while the Advanced MDP for Business Scale-Up for MSMEs will run from February 3 to 8, 2025.

The participants will be chosen following the ESDP guidelines. Their applications will be considered, and then they will be shortlisted. Selected participants may be called for further interaction. Results will be declared, and the admitted participants will receive admission confirmation.

The Advanced MDP for Business Scale-Up for MSMEs is a six-day programme designed to help MSME owners and managers overcome the challenges of business growth. The program will equip participants with strategies to expand their operations, build scalable business models, and achieve sustainable growth, according to the official IIM Raipur statement.

According to the official statement of IIM Raipur, participants who are 18 years and above with a graduation degree can apply. The institute invites participants from all over the country with a focus on Chhattisgarh. Graduates from SC, ST, OBC, women, and PH categories are encouraged to apply.
