NEET UG 2020: correction window opened
NEET UG 2020 exam’s correction window has been made open for applicants of the exam. Candidates who have applied for NEET UG 2020 and feel they need to make corrections in the application forms they have submitted earlier can do it now this correction facility.
NEET UG 2020 applicants can now logon to the official website for the exam ‘https://ntaneet.nic.in‘ and make corrections to the data they have provided in the application forms from 1 to 14 April.
The circular further says corrections in the information provided in the application forms will be accepted upto 5:00 pm and submission of the fee upto 11:50 pm. The required fee can be paid through credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI and PayTM.
Applicants must remember that they have to use this opportunity very carefully and make corrections as no further chance will be provided to them to make rectifications.
Candidates can keep their original documents and other required certificates with them while making corrections. Documents and certificates like marksheets of the qualifying exam must be kept near them.
In case of doubt, candidates can refer the documents they have with them and then enter the right information.
Even candidates who do not feel the need of corrections can also undertake verifications during this period to ensure the data they have provided while filling the application in the past is accurate.
In case, additional fee payment is required depending on the changes made in the form, the final updates will be reflected after the payment. The extra amount of money if needed to be paid can be paid through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Under Graduate (NEET (UG)), succeeded from All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) is an entrance examination in India for students who wish to study undergraduate medical courses (MBBS) and dental courses (BDS) in government or private medical colleges and dental colleges in India.
The undergraduate NEET (UG), for MBBS and BDS courses, is currently conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), which provides the results to the Directorate General of Health Services at the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
Prior to 2019, the test was administered by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in partnership with Prometric Testing Pvt Ltd headquartered in the USA.
NEET-UG replaced the All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT) and all individual MBBS exams conducted by states or colleges themselves in 2013. However, many colleges and institutes had taken a stay order and conducted private examinations for admission to their MBBS and BDS courses.
