In a notification, NBEMS declared a reduction in the qualifying percentile for the special counseling round, lowering the NEET SS cut-off to zero. This groundbreaking decision implies that all candidates who appeared for the NEET SS 2023 examination are now eligible for participation in the upcoming special counselling round. The NEET SS 2023 exam took place on September 29 and September 30, 2023, with the results being declared on October 15, 2023.
