NCHM JEE 2020: Candidates for the great exam can download hall tickets
NCHM JEE 2020, hall tickets for this well-known exam can be downloaded from its official website hosted by National Testing Agency (NTA).
NTA is the organisation that conducts NCHM JEE 2020 which will provide its applicants an opportunity to study courses related to hotel management in prestigious institutions located across the country.
According to a notification by NTA, the admit card for NCHM JEE 2020 is made available on the official website of the exam ‘https://nchmjee.nta.nic.in/webinfo/public/home.aspx’

Applicants can now click the above url and enter the official website of NCHM JEE 2020 exam and click the button titled ‘Download Admit Card – NCHM JEE 2020’ to obtain their admit card.
Once the button is clicked, another window will appear where they have to enter Application number, password and security pin number and press the ‘Sign In’ button to obtain the hall ticket.
Once the hall ticket for NCHM JEE 2020 exam is visible they must check if all the details provided on the form like candidate’s name, examination centre, examination code, date of birth are without errors.
In case of errors, they can intimate the authorities concerned at NTA for suitable action. If there are no errors on the admit card, students can go ahead with downloading it.
NTA notification said, candidates who have registered themselves for NCHM JEE 2020 and paid the fees can go ahead with downloading the hall ticket.
Candidates who are not able to download hall-ticket or the undertaking of COVID-19 form can send an email to ‘nchm@nta.ac.in’
Applicants have to bear in mind that no admit card will be sent to them by post. NCHM JEE 2020 will be conducted on 29 August across 86 cities in India from 3 pm to 6 pm.
NCHM JEE 2020 was supposed to be conducted on 22 June but was later postponed to 29 August. The postponement was done keeping in view the requests received from many students.
Even the then situation of lockdown to prevent the spread of COVID-19 was taken into consideration and decision to postpone NCHM JEE 2020 was taken.
Union Minister for Human Resource Development Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has also mentioned this in a twitter message.
He said in the twitter message that he had advised DG_NTA to postpone NCHM JEE 2020 exam keeping in mind the current situation of COVID-19 and also the requests it received from the students.
However, a trek down the memory lane will remind us that 22 June too was not the actually planned date to conduct NCHM JEE 2020.
The exam date for NCHM JEE was supposed to be 25 April, but COVID-19 situation led to its postponement to 22 June from where it was further postponed to its present date of 29 August.
Candidates who have passed their plus-two with a good score are eligible of NCHM JEE 2020. The upper age limit for the candidate from general and OBC category is 25 years as on July 1, 2020.
Candidates born on or after 1 July 1995 were eligible to apply for NCHM JEE 2020. The upper age limit for candidates of SC, ST categories is 28 years as on 1 July, 2020.
Sources have pointed out that the number of seats with respect to NCHM JEE 2020 are also increasing year-over-year.
The seats available for admission according to sources was 8,120 in 2017, the same stood at 8,730 in 2018.
The number of seats rose to 8,800 in 2019, about 150 seats in BSc HHA course were made available which had vegetarian cooking as option subject.
The number of seats this year are said to have risen to 11,500.
This perhaps only goes to show that prospects for candidates who are willing to make a career in the field of hotel management or hospitality sectors are bright.
The NCHM JEE 2020 is for 200 marks and has 200 questions in multiple choice format.
The duration of the exam is for three hours and medium for conducting the exam is english and hindi.
Candidates have to be careful, as a correct answer will give four marks and a wrong answer will lead to deduction of one mark.
