MSCWB 2020 Recruitment started in the recent past to appoint people in various posts under the aegis of West Bengal Municipal Service Commission. The registration for these jobs began online from 7 April and were supposed to go on till 15 April.

Conservancy Mazdoor and Paribesh Bandhu and Dome with Kolkata Municipal Corporation are also among the posts for which last date to apply for them has been extended.

Last date for registration for online application and generation of challan for various posts under MSCWB 2020 Recruitment is 15 May and application fee along with processing charges must be deposited to the bank by 18 May and the process of submission of application must be completed by 19 May.

Candidates called for interview/personality test under MSCWB 2020 Recruitment for the posts under Kolkata Municipal Corporation will be required to submit a bond (format of that bond will be announced later on) on Rs 50 stamp paper to the effect that they will have to arrange for temporary lodging/shelter in Kolkata for doing emergency duties as and when required by Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) authorities.

About The Exam

The full name of the exam is Symbiosis Law Admission Test and is popularly known as SLAT.

This is an institutional level exam which is conducted once a year and students who pass this exam can apply to study BA LLB, BBA LLB, BA LLB Hons and BBA LLB Hons in Symbiosis Law Schools.

Test will be conducted as a computer based test – questions have to answered on a computer screen at the designated test center. The duration to answer the questions is one hour or 60 minutes.
