MP NEET UG 2023 Counselling registration ends by 12 PM on 31 July 2023. Those who are yet to register can do it on ‘dme.mponline.gov.in’ This is about admission into undergraduate MBBS and BDS courses in colleges across Madhya Pradesh.
Department of Medical Education of Madhya Pradesh issued a notification regarding MP NEET UG 2023 Counselling recently. Publication of vacancies and invitation of objection against the vacancies was to take place from 26 to 27 July 2023 as per the notification.
The disposal of objection and publication of final vacancies was to be done on 28 July 2023, as per the notification. State merit list of registered candidates will be released on 1 August 2023.
The schedule
After the publication of state merit list of registered candidates, they can take part in choice filling and locking from 2 to 4 August 2023.
The allotment result for the first round will be out on 7 August 2023. Students who have been allotted seat can approach the allotted medical or dental college for document verification and admission from 8 to 14 August 2023.

Candidates can also opt for upgradation through their login after admission from 8 to 14 August 2023. Online resignation or cancellation of admission at college level can be done from 8 to 14 August 2023.

Who can apply?
Candidates willing to apply for MP NEET UG 2023 Counselling must have passed plus two from a recognized educational institution in science stream with biology, physics and chemistry as subjects.
Applicants for MP NEET UG 2023 Counselling must also have passed NEET UG 2023 and should preferably be a native of Madhya Pradesh state in India.

The process to apply for MP NEET UG 2023 Counselling is online and candidates can register at the official website which is accessible at ‘https://dme.mponline.gov.in/Portal/Services/DMEMP/DMEhome.aspx’
1. The URL mentioned above must be typed into the browser and submitted to allow the website to download.
2. Once the webpage is ready, candidates can click the link for registration and that may open another webpage with a different URL.
2A. The webpage that opens will be having the URL ‘https://dme.mponline.gov.in/Portal/Services/DMEMP/DMEUG/Profile/ProfileLoginHome.aspx’
3. When another webpage opens, candidates can click the link for registration and create an account with a username and password.
3A. Candidates must also upload the required documents while registering for MP NEET UG 2023 Counselling.
4. After creating the account, candidates can login and take up choice filling and locking in connection with MP NEET UG 2023 Counselling.
5. Candidates can submit their choices and wait for the appropriate response and act accordingly.

Point to remember
Candidates who get a seat in the initial rounds of MP NEET UG 2023 Counselling can pay the fees and join the college for the course. Those who are not satisfied with the allotment in the initial round can also seek a seat of their choice in the subsequent rounds.
MP NEET UG 2023 Counselling will be conducted in more than one round, information about the schedule for the subsequent rounds can be obtained from the official website mentioned above.
The most important point is to remember to carry the required documents (mentioned above) to the venue of the counselling. The candidates must produce them when required.
They have to carry both the originals and photostat copies in enough numbers while attending the MP NEET UG 2023 Counselling. Candidates may even require to produce the same documents at the college where they have been allotted a seat.
