MHT CET 2023: Great exam dates are OUT
MHT CET 2023 exam dates are released and are available on the official website of the State Common Entrance Test Cell of the Government of Maharashtra. It is for students who are focused on graduate engineering, agriculture and pharmacy admissions in colleges across Maharashtra can aim for the exam.
Applicants who apply for engineering courses through MHT CET 2023 will answer questions related to Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM). MHT CET 2023 for PCM will be conducted from 9 to 13 May 2023.
Students have to pass MHT CET 2023 with minimum qualifying marks also known as cutoff scores. They are the pass marks candidates have to score in the exam to be eligible for further admission, which may comprise counselling/interview and document verification.

What is the MHT CET 2023 Exam?
The full name is Maharashtra Common Entrance Test and Scholarship Test. This is a state-level exam conducted by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell which is under the Government of Maharashtra.
The organization conducting the exam is also known as MHT CET CELL or Mah CET CELL. Students who wish to join BE/BTech, BPharma and Agriculture courses have to appear for this exam which is conducted once a year.
MHT CET 2023 is meant to be held this year (2023). The exam will be conducted online, as a computer-based test where the answers have to be marked on a computer at the test centres which will be situated across Maharashtra.
Who can apply for the exam?
The eligibility to apply for MHT CET 2023 is a pass in the plus two from a recognized educational institution located in Maharashtra. Students aiming for engineering courses in graduation must have passed plus-two in the science stream with maths/biology, physics and chemistry as subjects.
Aspirants for BPharmacy or Agriculture courses have to pass plus-two with biology, physics and chemistry as subjects. Students appearing for their qualifying degree exams or who have appeared for the exams and are waiting for results can also apply for MHT CET 2023.
Those students have to pass the exams related to their qualifying degree and provide proof of it by the time of admission. The documents have to be provided to avoid rejection at a later stage.
How to apply?
The process to apply for MHT CET 2023 is online and candidates have to visit the official website of Mah CET CELL to submit applications. The URL to reach it is ‘https://cetcell.mahacet.org/CET_landing_page_2023/’
The URL mentioned above has to be typed into the browser of the computer and the website has to be allowed to download. Once the web page is available in the browser, candidates must click the registration link.
Post clicking the link, candidates can provide details like their name, date of birth, and email id and create an account comprising a username and password. Once the account is ready, candidates can log in and start filling out the application form for MHT CET 2023.
The form has to be filled and the registration fee has to be paid and submitted. Post submission, applicants have to wait for the message indicating successful submission, once it is obtained, it can be downloaded and a printout of it has to be taken and preserved for future use.

The registration for MHT CET 2023 is yet to commence as of now. The exam dates have been announced and the registration schedule (duration for application submission) will also likely be announced soon.
