The candidates who have applied for MEC Admission 2020 will be called for an interview and based on performance there the candidates will be selected.
The interview for MEC Admission 2020 into PhD courses is likely to be held from 2 to 3 July. Full time Ph.D. scholars will get an assistantship of Rs. 25,000 per month plus free boarding and lodging.
They will have to mandatorily provide Teaching Assistantship for eight hours a week. The last date to apply for this program is 27 June.

Candidates who wish to send the application in physical form can take a printout of the application and fill it up and send it to the postal address namely ‘Mahindra École Centrale, Survey No: 62/1A, Bahadurpally, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad – 500043, Telangana, INDIA’
The application for admission must accompany along with a Demand Draft for Rs 1000 from any scheduled bank in favour of Mahindra Ecole Central’ payable at Hyderabad.
Candidates must mention the details of the Demand Draft in the application for MEC Admission 2020. A photocopy of the Demand Draft has to be kept by the student for future use.
The qualification for applying for MEC Admission 2020 for PhD courses is a master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, Humanities, Social Sciences with a minimum CGPA of 6.00 on a 10-point scale or 60% marks in aggregate.
In case if the applicant for MEC Admission 2020 is a B.Tech, he or she must have CGPA of 7.00 or 70 percent pass marks and also must have a valid GATE score or UGC/CSIR/DBT/INSPIRE Fellowship Examination for Sciences/Humanities and Social Sciences disciplines.
The requirement of GATE/National Examination can be waived for consideration for MEC Admission 2020 to PhD programmes if they are graduates from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes.
They can have B.Tech./B.E./Integrated M.Sc. (or any other program of minimum four years duration, admission to which was on the basis of JEE) with CGPA of 8.00 and above at the time of graduation.
Also, if candidates seeking MEC Admission 2020 are MSc graduates from IITs with a CGPA of 8.00 and above the requirement of GATE/National Examination can be waived.
