LPU is one of the few universities that host ISC more than once in less than five years. The last time this event(the Indian Science Congress event) was hosted was in 2019.

The first time this event was held was in 1914. The theme for the upcoming 109th ISCA – is “The Global Perspective on Science and Technology for a Sustainable Future”.
