Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2023 has been declared. The overall pass percentage stood at 74.67%.

The results second PUC or class 12 have been announced by Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB).

There is happy news as far as the pass percentage with regards to Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2023 is concerned.

Last year’s pass percentage was 61.88%, and this year it stands at 74.67 per cent.

This is a very good improvement.

The number of students registered for class 12 exams was 7,27,923.

About 7,02,067 students appeared for the exams and 5,24,209 passed the exam this year.

The plus-two exams were conducted from 9 to 29 March 2023 over 1,109 exam centres located across Karnataka.

Over 2,34,815 students were from the arts stream.

Students to appear for the class 12 exam this year from the commerce stream was 2,47,269.

Those from the science stream were 2,44,219.

There is more to this Karnataka PUC 2nd PUC Result 2023.

A total of 2,704 students scored complete 100 per cent in mathematics in the recently held 2nd PUC exams.

That is not all there is more to this. Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2023 shows that 5,335 scored 100 per cent in Computer Science.

Those to score the same in Accountancy were 3,475.

Students who scored 85 per cent and above in this year’s class 12 exams were 1,09,509.

District wise performance

Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2023 shows Dakshina Kannada district took the top place with regards to pass percentage.

A 95.33% pass percentage was recorded there. The next was the Udupi district with 95.24%.

Yadgir district has taken the last position with a 62.98 pass percentage.

Ananya K A from Commerce stream stood topper in this year’s exams for class 12. She is a students of Alva’s PU College.

Regarding the arts stream, Tabassum Sheik from NMKRV PU College stood as the topper.

S M Kaushik from Gangotri PU College in Kolar was the topper in the science stream in this year’s class 12 board exams.

What after the results

Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2023 is declared.

Things are all well for the students who have passed the board exams with good scores.

Students who have not fared well can appear for supplementary exams in subjects they have not scored well.

Registration for supplementary exams will start on 21 April 2023.

The application for supplementary exams can be submitted at the official website ‘kseab.karnataka.gov.in’

The application can be submitted from 21 to 27 April 2023 without paying a late fee.

Registration can be done from 27 April to 2 May 2023 by payment of a late fee.

The time table for supplementary exams will be announced in the last week of April.

Students can visit the official website of KSEAB periodically for updates.

The best thing to do is to start preparation for the supplementary exams right away.
