1. The URL mentioned above has to be typed into the browser and submitted to allow the website to download.
2. Once the webpage is available, candidates can click the link for downloading the city intimation slip.
3. After clicking the link, they have to enter details like their application number, date of birth and submit them.
4. The city intimation slip will be visible on an another screen.
5. After it is visible, candidates can click the printout link and take a print out.
About JEE Mains 2024
JEE Mains 2024 is an exam that is conducted two times a year and students who have passed plus-two from a recognised educational institution from anywhere in India can apply for it.
The exam will have three papers, Paper 1, Paper 2A, Paper 2B. Paper 1 of JEE Mains 2023 is for students focused on graduation in engineering (BE or BTech).
Students keen on studying under graduation in architecture (BArch) have to appear for Paper 2A, those who wish to study graduation in planning (BPlan) have to appear for Paper 2B.
Architecture aspirants have also to answer questions related to creativity, innovation, drawing along with that of maths, physics and chemistry.
Format of questions will be multiple choice where every question has more than one reply option and the right one has to be chosen for getting marks.
The first session of JEE Mains this year was conducted from 24 January 2024 to 1 February 2024. JEE Mains 2024 Session 2 will be held from 4 to 15 April 2024.
Who could register for JEE Mains 2024 Session 2?
Students who have passed plus-two from a recognised educational institution with subjects as maths, physics and chemistry can take up JEE Mains 2024 registration.
Even students who have appeared for the plus-two exams and are waiting for results or who are about to appear for the qualifying exam can also take up JEE Mains 2024 Session 2 registration.
However, these students have to pass the exam and provide proof of it by the time of admission. Not able to do, may lead to cancellation of admission.

2. Once the website is available, candidates can click the link for admit card.
3. When the link opens, students must enter their application number, date of birth and other required credentials and submit them to view the admit card. Once it is visible, candidates can take a printout of it.
Point to remember
Students who have completed their JEE Mains 2024 Session 2 registration successfully can alone download the city intimation slip and admit card.
Hall ticket is a must if students are to appear for JEE Mains 2024 Session 2. The day of the exam is important, students must approach their test centre well in advance.
Candidates have to pass JEE Mains 2024 Session 2 with the required qualifying marks which are also known as cutoff marks.
Score of the candidates has to be either greater or equal to the cutoff score to become eligible for counselling.
