JEE Main admit card 2021

JEE Main admit card 2021 got released on 22nd August 2021. National Testing Agency (NTA) has released a notification stating the same on their website. The admit card is for the JEE Main 2021 exams of the 4th edition.

The candidates who have registered for the JEE Main 2021 exams, can download their admit cards from the official website of NTA. The dates of the exams are from 26th August to 2nd September 2021. The JEE Main 2021 exams will get organised for the engineering and architecture & planning fields.

Before this, on 7th August 2021, NTA released the results of JEE Main 2021 exams of the 3rd edition. In this result, 17 candidates scored a full room of 100 percentile. And this year, for the 4th edition, more than 7 lakh students have registered themselves for the JEE Main exams.

What is Jee Main exams

JEE Main or Joint Entrance Exams Main is all All India Level examinations for engineering. Formerly, this exam was called the All India Engineering Entrance Examination. It is a computer-based entrance examination. It is a 3 hours examination that takes place four times a year.

The students who are interested in getting admissions in technical undergraduate programs in engineering, architecture and Planning across India need to crack JEE Main for the top colleges. All the top engineering and architecture colleges of India like IITs and NITs accept the JEE Main scores for the admission of the students. This exam started in 2002.

Presently, this exam gets conducted by NTA. But till 2018, the JEE Main exams were conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). This exam is organised every year by the top 6 IITs of India. IIT Kharagpur organises JEE Main 2021 exam. IIT Kharagpur is one of the oldest IITs of India.

How to download the JEE Main admit card 2021

1. To download the JEE Main admit card 2021, the candidates have to visit the official website of NTA that is jeemain.nta.nic.in. It is the official website of NTA where all the information regarding JEE Main admit card 2021 or other JEE Main information is related first.
2. Go on the home page and scroll to the option ‘Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main 2021 session 4 admit card paper’.
3. Just below that, find ‘JEE MAIN 2021 SESSION 4 admit card paper (B.E/B.TECH, B.ARCH, B.PLAN) and tap on this option. Choose the one stream that you have opted for to give the exam.
4. When you click on the desired option, another page will open.
5. Now you will have to log in. Enter your application number, date of birth, security pin, and hit enter.
6. Post entering all your details, your admit card will appear. You can download your admit card and take out its print. Taking the printout of the admit card is very important. A hard copy of the JEE Main admit card 2021 will be required at the exam centre. Along with the admit card, a valid photo id is also required for the verification at the examination centre.
7. There are three links to download the JEE MAIN admit card 2021. NTA has rebased three links because if one link doesn’t work because of heavy traffic and a slower server, the candidates can try out another link.

The candidates must note an important thing. While taking out the printout of the admit card, the candidates must check the details in it thoroughly. If there is any mistake on the admit card, the candidates must contact the concerned authorities asap.
