IIT Jodhpur organizes poster presentation competition

IIT Jodhpur successfully hosted a poster presentation and walk-in quiz competition.

The event by IIT Jodhpur was aimed at disseminating information about three newly enacted criminal laws: Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, and Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023.

The above events are a part of a series of events for “Spreading Awareness and Dissemination of Information on Three New Criminal Laws.”

Earlier, the Legal Cell of the Institute also organized two webinars on the topic.

In one of the webinars, Adv. Gagan Narang, Supreme Court, gave in-depth information about the new criminal laws and their applicability to the judicial system, say sources from IIT Jodhpur.

During the second session, Mr. Renjith Thomas, Assistant Professor, NLU, Jodhpur, shared the insights with the IITJ fraternity about the new laws from an academic perspective.
