IIT JAM 2023 admit card is released and candidates can download it from the official website of the exam. Hall ticket for the exam is available for download on the official website of the test being hosted by IIT Guwahati. The admit card in connection with IIT JAM 2023 was released on January 11, 2023.
Students who wish to study post-graduation in science and economics subjects in IITs located across India have to appear for this entrance test and pass it with a required score to become eligible for further process for admission which involves counseling.
Registration for IIT JAM 2023 took place from September 7 to October 11, 2022. The admit card for the test was made available for download on 11 January 2023. IIT JAM 2023 will be conducted on February 12, 2023. The results will be declared on March 22, 2023.
How to download the admit card for IIT JAM 2023
The process to download admit card for IIT JAM 2023 is online and candidates have to visit the official website ‘https://jam.iitg.ac.in/’ for that. The URL mentioned earlier can be typed into the browser and then the website must be allowed to download.
Soon after the website downloads, students can click the button ‘JOAPS 2023: Candidate Portal’, and then when another webpage opens, applicants have to enter their email ID or enrolment ID and password and captcha to view the admit card for IIT JAM 2023.
Once the admit card or hall ticket is visible, candidates can check for errors on it. If there are no mistakes, admit card can be downloaded and a printout can be taken. If there are mistakes on the hall ticket, they have to be taken to the notice of authorities concerned for rectification.

Students can also directly access the portal for hall tickets at ‘https://joaps.iitg.ac.in/’ and when the website downloads, they can enter the required information and submit them to obtain the admit card.

Students who have obtained the admit card can appear for IIT JAM 2023 which will be conducted as Computer Based Test (CBT). The test will have objective-type questions in a multiple-choice format. Students have to pass the exam with the required qualifying marks and then apply for the further process which involves counseling.
