IIT-D's MBA for working executives

Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT-D) is inviting applications from working executives for its Executive MBA programme with a focus on technology management. The aim of the course is to familiarize with the process of technology planning and strategy, management of technology transfer and absorption. The fees for the entire programme is Rs 10 lakhs.
Candidates willing to apply can click the official link ‘MBA‘ to know more about the course and also apply for the same. Meanwhile sources from IIT-D say candidates willing to apply must have a degree in any branch of engineering or technology. The application start date is 17 February, last date for application is 17 March.


Candidate with a degree in physics, chemistry and maths and candidates with a degree in statistics, Operation Research, Computer Application, Economics, Commerce and CA/ICWAI can also apply. The applicants must have a 60% marks minimum or CGPA of 6.0 on a scale of 10 in their qualifying degree. The pass percentage is 55% or CGPA score of 5.50 for candidates of SC,ST and Physically challenged categories. The applicants must also have a minimum of two years of post qualifying degree work experience as on 1 August.

MBA
The timings for the course is in evening and classes will take place after 6:15 pm and will be there for a period of four to five days a week. The date for the written test is 5 April and timings on that day for it will be 10 am to 12 pm and test will be a computer based written test.


Candidates who performed well in the written test will be shortlisted and called for an interview.
