Applicants must also have GATE score.

GATE score is not compulsory if candidates applying in this category are having BTech or equivalent degree from IITs or BS degree from IISc with minimum CPI/CGPA of 8.0 on the scale of 10.

For SC/ST/PwD candidates, the relaxation of 5% (0.5 on the scale of 10 in case of CGPA/CPI) is admissible.

Application fee

Points to remember

Each department will have (its own) same shortlisting criteria for admission under TA and TAP category. The merit list will also be common for these two categories.

Students under the EX category will normally carry out part or all of his/ her research work in the industry/ organization/ national laboratory employing the scholar under the supervision of a co-guide also employed in the same organization and a guide at IIT Dharwad.

EX and CT scholars have to attend the classes during regular semesters of IIT Dharwad until they complete their coursework.

The medium of instruction & communication for Academic Research shall be English (eg. Reports, Synopsis, Title of thesis in the Degree Certificate, Seminar Presentation.)

Selection procedure

Eligible candidates possessing the minimum educational qualifications and satisfying additional criteria (if any) set by the Departments from time to time, will be called for a selection by Selection Committees of the respective Departments. The selection process generally consists of a Screening Test for shortlisting followed by an Interview of the shortlisted candidates. What is the TG EAPCET 2025 Exam?

The full name is Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical (Pharmacy, Veterinary etc.,) Common Entrance Test. It is a state-level entrance test that is conducted once a year. TG EAMCET 2025 is meant to be conducted this year (2025).

It is now known as Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test which is popular in its shorter version TG EAPCET.

TG EAPCET 2025 will be conducted online where answers have to be marked on a computer. The format of questions is multiple choice, where each question will have more than one option and the right one has to be chosen to get the marks.

The exam has questions related to mathematics, physics and chemistry for those applying for engineering courses.

Students aiming for agriculture, pharmacy or nursing courses have to answer questions related to biology, physics and chemistry.

Who can take up TG EAPCET 2025 registration?

The eligibility to take up TG EAPCET 2025 registration is a pass in plus-two in the science stream. Subjects in plus-two must be maths, physics and chemistry for students willing to join engineering.

Candidates aiming for pharmacy, and agriculture should have passed plus-two with biology, physics and chemistry as subjects. The applicants must be a native of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.

Those taking up TG EAPCET 2025 registration must have at least 45% and 40% (for Unreserved and reserved categories respectively) in the plus-two exam.

The candidates should satisfy local/non–local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana /Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended.

How to take up TG EAPCET 2025 registration?

The process to take up TG EAPCET 2025 registration is online and candidates have to visit the official website of the exam to submit applications. The URL to reach it is ‘https://eapcet.tsche.ac.in/’

The URL mentioned above has to be typed into the browser of the computer and the website has to be allowed to download.

Once the webpage is available, those willing to take up TG EAPCET 2025 registration have to click the required link and pay the registration fee and obtain the confirmation number.

Once the confirmation number is obtained, candidates can click the link for filling out the application form and start providing all the information on that.
