What is IISER IAT 2025?

The full name is the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Aptitude Test.

It is known as IISER IAT in the shorter version, it is a national-level exam conducted by one of the IISERs.

IISERs are located in various parts of India.

The exam is conducted in online mode and questions related to biology, physics, chemistry and maths are asked in the test.

Subjects in the plus two must be from the science stream – maths/biology, physics and chemistry.

Candidates must have passed the Class XII (or equivalent) examination in 2023 or 2024 or 2025 with science stream from any board recognized by the Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE) in India.

Foreign Nationals need to upload an equivalence certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities unless they have passed the Class XII or equivalent level examination in 2023 or 2024 or 2025 with science stream from any board recognized by the Council of Boards of School Education (COBSE) in India.

The equivalence certificate must be uploaded while submitting the IAT 2025 Application Form under “Please upload copy of document supporting your claim of Foreign National (You’ll need to produce original when necessary)”.

For admissions to the following programs, candidates must have Mathematics during their Class XII (or equivalent): 5-year BS-MS in Computational and Data Sciences program at IISER Kolkata, 4-year B. Tech. program at IISER Bhopal, 4-year BS in Economic Sciences program at IISER Bhopal and 4-year BS in Economic and Statistical Sciences program at IISER Tirupati.

IISER IAT 2025 registration fee

The application fee is to be paid by the applicant during the submission of the application form. The application portal shall open on March 10, 2025.

• • Rs. 2,000/- for candidates applying under General, EWS, OBC, and OBC-NCL categories.

• • Rs. 1,000/- for candidates applying under persons with disabilities (PwD), persons registered as Kashmiri Migrants/Kashmiri Pandits/Kashmiri Hindu Families (Non-Migrant) and SC/ST category.

• Rs. 12,000/- for candidates applying under Foreign National category.

How to take up IISER IAT 2025 registration?

The process to take up IISER IAT 2025 registration is online. The official website has to be visited to submit applications. URL to access the official website is ‘https://iiseradmission.in/‘

1. The URL mentioned above has to be typed into the browser and then it should be allowed to download.
2. Once the webpage is available, candidates can click Apply For IAT 2025 under Aptitude Test menu.
3. This will open another webpage with URL ‘https://iiseradmission.in/examination/apply.html’
4. Once the webpage with above URL opens, candidates can click registration button and create an account with username and password.
5. After the account is created, candidates can login and start IISER IAT 2025 registration.
6. Registration fee has to be paid and the application form has to be submitted.
7. Post submission confirmation, candidates can download the confirmation and take a print out.

Hall ticket

The procedure to download a hall ticket is online. The official website of the exam has to be visited to do the same. URL for the official website is ‘https://iiseradmission.in/’

After the exam

Students who have passed IISER IAT 2025 with the required qualifying marks can appear for further process.

The process that lies ahead comprises counselling and document verification.

Those who get a seat during the counselling can accept and pay the fees and join the course.

Submission started on 25 March 2027. Those who submit AP LAWCET 2025 application till from 25 March to 27 April 2025 need not pay the late fee.

AP LAWCET 2025 Registration schedule

AP LAWCET 2025 registration schedule is the time duration during which students can apply for the exam, make corrections in the application form submitted, pay registration fee and so on. Submission started on 25 March 2025 and last date to apply without any late fee payment is 27 April 2025.

Students can take up AP LAWCET 2025 registration from 26 April to 3 May 2024 on payment of Rs 500 as late fee. They can apply for the exam from 4 to 11 May 2024 on the payment of Rs 1000 as late fee.

AP LAWCET 2025 registration can be done from 28-04-2025 to 04-05-2025 with a late fee of Rs 1000, as per AP LAWCET 2025 registration schedule.

The late fee to pay if submitted between 05-05-2025 to 11-05-2025 is Rs 2000. Students can take up AP LAWCET 2025 registration with a late fee of Rs 4000 from 12-05-2025 to 18-05-2025.

AP LAWCET 2025 registration can be done with a late fee for Rs 10000 from 19-05-2025 to 25-05-2025.

Correction in AP LAWCET 2025 applications already submitted can be done from 30 May 2025 onwards. Hall tickets would be available for download from 30 May 2025 onwards.

Exam will be conducted on 5 June 2025 from 9 AM to 10:30 AM. The result announcement will be done on 22 June 2025.

4. Once the webpage with above URL is available, AP LAWCET 2025 registration fee must be paid.

5. Once the confirmation number is obtained, candidates can click the link for filling out the AP LAWCET 2025 Application form and submit it.

6. Post submission, candidates can obtain a confirmation message indicating successful submission. Once obtained, applicants can download it and take a printout of it.
