ICAR AIEEA 2020 registrations commence

National Testing Agency (NTA) has begun the process of registration for ICAR AIEEA 2020 from 1 March onwards. The same agency has also begun registration for AICE-JRF/SRF (PhD) 2020 exam from the same date.
Both the exams are conducted by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), while one exam ICAR AIEEA is for admitting students into various agriculture and agriculture allied courses at graduate and post graduate levels, the AICE JRF/SRF is for admitting students into research (PhD) in various courses related to agriculture and its allied sciences.


National Testing Agency has been entrusted with the responsibility to conduct these exams from 2019 onwards. Candidates interesting in applying for these courses can click the link ‘https://icar.nta.nic.in/WebInfo/Public/Home.aspx’ to apply for the courses. They have to apply on or before 31 March this year which is the last date. The last date to pay the fee for the above is 11:50 pm of 31 March. The fee can be paid through credit card, debit card, online banking or UPI before the above mentioned time.

Candidates can download the admit card from NTA’s website on 8 May, the date of exam for both UG and PG is on 1 June. The duration of the exam is for 120 minutes for post graduate admission and 150 minutes for graduate admission. The timing of the exam for graduate admission will be 9:30 am to 12:00 noon on that day, post graduate admission exam timing will be 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm on that day.

The date for counselling and date for display of attempted question paper and provisional answer key will be announced later. The counselling date will be available on ICAR’s official website at the appropriate time on their website ‘www.icar.org.in’ The candidates must give all the particulars while filling the application form. They must ensure that details particularly their email and mobile number they provide in the application form are their own.
