Soon after the webpage downloads, after clicking the above link, candidates can provide their email, mobile number and undertake registration to obtain username and password.

Post completion of registration, applicants can come to the same webpage (https://hnbgurec.samarth.edu.in) and click ‘Login’ and enter the username and password obtained during registration and enter into the portal and start applying for the positions at HNBG University.

They have to provide all details, upload required documents and pay the registration fee and the submit the form.

Candidates after submitting the form online, have to take a printout of the application form submitted online and also the copies of documents uploaded along with the application form and send it by speed post/courier/registered post to the postal address ‘Assistant Registrar (Admin Teaching/Recruitment), 1st Floor, Administrative Building, HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar (Garhwal), Pauri Garhwal District, Uttarakhand-246174.’

Professor and Associate Professor
The Unreserved/OBC/EWS category candidates have to pay Rs 1000 if they are applying for the post of Professor and Associate Professor. The same for SC/ST/PwBD category candidates and women applicants have to pay Rs 500.

Assistant Professor
The Unreserved/OBC/EWS category candidates have to pay Rs 500 if they are applying for the post of Assistant Professor at HNBG University. The same for SC/ST/PwBD category candidates and women applicants need not pay any amount.
