B.Tech: The students must have passed their 12th Examination from a recognized board with a valid  MGREE / JEE Main score.

BDS: The candidates must have passed B.Sc. Degree with a minimum of 60% marks from any recognised university. 

B.Sc: The candidates must have passed their HSC examinations from a recognised board with satisfactory marks. 

BBA: The students should have passed their 12th standard from a renowned board with 50% aggregate marks.

BCA: The students should have passed their 12th standards from a renowned board with 50% aggregate marks.

BPT: The students must have passed their HSC Examination (Academic Stream) of 10+2 curriculum / CBSE / ISC in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Botany and Zoology as any of the main subjects. 

MBA: The candidates need to do their graduation from any renowned university with a minimum of 50% of marks.

M.Sc: The students should have passed their B.Sc in relevant subjects from any renowned university. 

MCA: The students must have passed their BCA programme from a renowned university with a minimum of 50% marks.

It is a short online form that the students have to fill out and submit online. The students need to pay Rs 1600/- as the application form fee for registration. If they are not paying the fee, their application forms are not getting submitted and they will not be valid. The students must complete their form by paying the application fee. To download the application form from their official website, the students have to click on the name of the respective department. Then they have to fill up the form and submit it to the college along with a Demand Draft of Rs.850 in favour of Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute, payable at Chennai through the post. About the exam

The full name of the exam is Xavier Aptitude Test which is popularly known to all as XAT. It is conducted every year by XLRI of Jamshedpur.

It is a national level exam that has to be passed to gain admission into management courses offered by XLRI and other participating institutions.

XAT 2025 is meant to be conducted for the year 2025. The test will be conducted across 75 cities in India.

Candidates willing to take up XAT 2025 registration must have passed Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from a recognized educational institution located anywhere in India.

Registration fee

Candidates have to pay XAT 2025 registration fee of Rs 2200 while applying for the exam. Those applying for XLRI programmes, have to pay Rs 200 per programme.

How to download admit card?

Candidates who have successfully completed their XAT 2025 registration will alone be able to download admit card and its process is explained below:

1. Candidates have to visit the official website for the exam at ‘https://xatonline.in/’

2. Once the website is ready, candidates have to click the link for downloading hall ticket which may open another webpage.

3. When another webpage opens, candidates have to type their application number and other required information and submit them to obtain the admit card.

Exam pattern

XAT 2025 will be conducted online as a computer based test where the questions have to be answered on a computer screen at the test centre.

Duration to complete answering is 3 hours 30 minutes. The test will have questions related to Decision Making, Verbal & Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation, General Knowledge, and Essay Writing.
