CSI organises student convention

CSI organises student convention, SRM Valliammai Engineering College was the centre of attraction recently when student convention was organised. The event was held by Kancheepuram chapter of Computer Society of India (CSI) in association with SRM Valliammai Engineering College and Computer Society of India (VEC student branch).


The convention began after a grand inauguration by Dr. T.P. Ganesan, director, SRM Valliammai Engineering College. Dr. B. Chidambararajan, chairman of Kancheepuram chapter of CSI said their chapter is actively involved in propagating the activities of CSI.
More than 10 awards adorned them in recognition of their activities during the 53rd annual convention of CSI which took place in Bhubaneswar last month. He also praised the activities being taken up by colleges associated with Kancheepuram chapter and told to them to continue the activities with renewed vigour in the years to come.
