According to an update on the official website of the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs), which administers the national exam, the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 announcement will be made available on July 7. Admission to undergraduate and graduate legal programs provided by 22 NLUs and other collaborating institutions will be determined by the results of the CLAT 2025 exam.

CLAT 2025 Fees and Eligibility
Candidates falling under any of the following categories must pay an application fee of Rs 4,000 to apply: General, Other Backward Classes (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PwD), Non-Residential Indian (NRI), Person of Indian Origin (PIO), and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI). Applicants who belong to the Scheduled Tribe (ST), Scheduled Caste (SC), or Below Poverty Line (BPL) categories must pay Rs 3,000.
To apply for the CLAT UG exam, students must have completed Class 12 from an accredited board with at least 45% of the possible points (40% for SC and ST applicants). Applicants can check the fees and eligibility before applying for the CLAT 2025 exam.
