CEED and UCEED 2024 registration is on till 13 November 23 without late fee. Apply at ‘ceed.iitb.ac.in/2024/’ or ‘uceed.iitb.ac.in/2024/registration.html’
CEED is known as Common Entrance Exam for Design and UCEED is known as Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design. IIT Bombay is conducting these two entrance exams.
The CEED and UCEED 2024 registration began on 3 October 2023 and the last date to apply was initially 6 November 2023, that has been extended to 13 November 2023.
Students taking up CEED and UCEED 2024 registration on or before 13 November 2023 need not pay the late fee. Applications can be submitted from 14 to 20 November 2023 for CEED or UCEED with a payment of late fee.

CEED and UCEED 2024 registration without late fee can be done till 13 November 2023. And, till 20 November 2023 by paying a late fee.
Admit cards would be available for download from 1 PM on 5 January onwards. CEED and UCEED 2024 will be conducted on 21 January 2024 from 9 AM to 12 PM.
CEED 2024 results will be out on 6 March 2024 and the same for UCEED 2024 will be released on 8 March 2024. The admission schedule will likely commence after the results are declared.
Who can take up CEED and UCEED 2024 registration?
Candidates who have the required educational qualifications from recognized educational institutions can take up CEED and UCEED 2024 registration.
They must remember that CEED is for postgraduate admission into design courses, while UCEED is for entrance into graduate admission into the same.

CEED
Candidates willing to apply for CEED must have completed a degree/diploma/post graduate degree programme of minimum THREE years (after 10+2 level).
Those who have passed the GD Arts diploma programme (10+5 level) by July 2024 can also apply.
Even those appearing for the final examination of such a program by July 2024 can also apply. These people have to pass the qualifying exams and provide a proof for it by the time the admission process commences.
Candidates can pass plus two in any stream. Even those who are appearing for the qualifying examination for the first time in 2024 can also apply.
These applicants have to pass the qualifying exam and provide a proof for it by the time the admission process starts.
How to take up CEED and UCEED 2024 registration?
The process to take up CEED and UCEED 2024 registration is online. Candidates can submit application on the official website.
Those aiming for CEED exam must visit ‘https://www.ceed.iitb.ac.in/2024/’ and applications for UCEED can be submitted at ‘https://www.uceed.iitb.ac.in/2024/registration.html’
1. Candidates can type the any one of the respective URLs mentioned above in the browser and submit it to allow the webpage to download.
2. Once the webpage is ready, candidates have to click <Registration Portal> button which will open another webpage with a another URL.
3A. Clicking the button for CEED will open the page ‘https://ceedapp.iitb.ac.in/CEED/home.jsp’
3B. Clicking the button for UCEED will open the page ‘https://uceedapp.iitb.ac.in/UCEED/home.jsp’
4. Once the webpages with above URLs open, candidates can click <Register> button and open an account with username and password.
5. After creating the account, applicants can login and apply for the exam
They can visit the respective official website to download the admit card. The website to download admit card for CEED is ‘https://www.ceed.iitb.ac.in/2024/’ and the same for UCEED is ‘https://www.uceed.iitb.ac.in/2024/registration.html’
1. The URLs mentioned above must be typed into the browser and submitted to allow the website to download.
2. Once the website is ready, candidates have to click the link for hall ticket.
3. Once the webpage for hall ticket is available, details like application number, date of birth have to entered and submitted to obtain the admit card.
After the exam
Candidates who have taken up CEED and UCEED 2024 registration can download the hall ticket and attend the exam and pass it with the required qualifying marks.
Those who pass the exam can apply for counselling where the candidates can choose the course and college to study it. Those who get a seat can pay the fees and join the course.
