Ashutosh Mohan, Placement Coordinator at the Faculty of Management Studies – BHU, stated that students from the MBA, MBA International Business, and MBA Agribusiness programs received impressive placements, with an average package of Rs 11.1 lakhs across 181 offers extended to 165 students, setting a high standard for the coming year. BHU Placement Drive 2024: More than 65 companies participated
Over 65 firms participated in the placement drive, including renowned names like Infosys, Genpact, Cognizant, Mahindra Finance, Adani Wilmar, and Volvo Eicher Commercial Vehicle. HP Mathur, Dean and Head of Corporate Affairs and Placement at FMS-BHU, thanked recruiters for their continued faith. He stated that 36% of students were hired as Executive or Management Trainees, with different backgrounds including Sales & Marketing, Finance, Business Excellence, Strategy & Projects, Alliance & Electronic Payments, and Retail Operations in BHU Placement Drive 2024.
Senior Consultant roles were seized by 21%
Furthermore, 21% of students secured work as Associate or Senior Consultants, with 13% going on to hold Assistant or Deputy Manager positions. Prominent players in the BFSI sector, like South Indian Bank, Bandhan Bank, and SBI Life, recruited students in a variety of fields, including marketing, finance, operations, and human resources. Major roles in consulting and analytics were also offered by these companies, among others.
DCM Shriram Farm Solutions hired several MBA (Agribusiness) students in the field of agribusiness, and pre-placement offers were given to others.
