There is more to it than meets the eye. The AIQ NEET UG 2023 Counselling will be held in three rounds followed by a stray round. This means there shall be four rounds of counselling instead of the usual three.

Schedule

AIQ NEET UG 2023 Counselling will be conducted in four rounds and each round has its own schedule. Students who are keen of getting admitted into UG medical or dental courses in this quota can follow the schedule which is mentioned below:

1st Round

Registration for the first round of AIQ NEET UG 2023 Counselling will take place from 20 to 25 July 2023. Students can register till 12 PM on 25 July. The payment can be done by 8 PM on 25 July 2023.

Choice filling and locking of seats can be done from 22 to 26 July 2023. Choice filling and locking can be done till 11:55 PM on 26 July 2023. Processing of seat allotment for the first round of AIQ NEET UG 2023 Counselling will be done from 27 to 28 July 2023.

The result will be released on 29 July 2023 and document uploading can be done by candidates on 30 July 2023. Reporting and joining must be taken up from 31 July to 4 August 2023. Verification of joined candidates will take place from 5 to 6 August 2023.

2nd Round

Registration for the second round of AIQ NEET UG 2023 Counselling will take place from 9 to 14 August 2023. Students can register till 12 PM on 14 August. The payment can be done by 8 PM on 14 August 2023.

Choice filling and locking of seats can be done from 10 to 15 August 2023. Choice filling and locking can be done till 11:55 PM on 15 August 2023. Processing of seat allotment for the second round of AIQ NEET UG 2023 Counselling will be done from 16 to 17 August 2023.

The result will be released on 18 August 2023 and document uploading can be done by candidates on 19 August 2023. Reporting and joining must be taken up from 20 to 28 August 2023. Verification of joined candidates will take place from 29 to 30 August 2023.

Choice filling and locking of seats can be done from 1 to 5 September 2023. Choice filling and locking can be done till 11:55 PM on 5 September 2023. Processing of seat allotment for the third round of AIQ NEET UG 2023 Counselling will be done from 6 to 7 September 2023.

The result will be released on 8 September 2023 and document uploading can be done by candidates on 9 September 2023. Reporting and joining must be taken up from 10 to 18 September 2023. Verification of joined candidates will take place from 19 to 20 September 2023.

4th Round/Stray Round

Registration for the fourth round or stray round of AIQ NEET UG 2023 Counselling will take place from 21 to 23 September 2023. Students can register till 12 PM on 23 September. The payment can be done by 8 PM on 23 September 2023.

Choice filling and locking of seats can be done from 22 to 24 September 2023. Choice filling and locking can be done till 11:55 PM on 24 September 2023. Processing of seat allotment for the third round of AIQ NEET UG 2023 Counselling will be done on 25 September 2023.

How to register?

The process to register for AIQ NEET UG 2023 counselling is online and candidates have to visit the official websites.

1. The URL mentioned above must be typed into the browser and the webpage must be allowed to download.

2. Once the webpage is ready, candidates can click the button for NEET UG 2023 counselling.

3. This will open another webpage with a different URL

4. After the webpage opens, candidates have to click the link for NEET UG 2023 counselling and take up registration and choice filling and submit them.

5. The required documents must also be uploaded along with the application form in connection with AIQ NEET UG 2023 Counselling.

Candidates can click the link above to submit SRMJEEE 2025 Exam Application. The exam will be conducted in three phases and last dates for submitting applications in each of these phases are different.

Choice

Students who wish to write the exam in the first phase have to submit SRMJEEE 2025 Exam Application on or before 16 April 2025.

Exams

The first phase of the exam will be conducted from 22.04.2025 to 27.04.2025. Second phase of the exam will be conducted from 12.06.2025 to 17.06.2025.

The third phase of the exam will take place from 04.07.2025 to 05.07.2025. The exam can be taken up in Remote Proctored Online Mode.

The applicant can take up the examination from their home using their Desktop/Laptop. They have to have a good internet connectivity at their home.

What is SRMJEEE 2025 Exam?

The full name of the exam is SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination and is popular by its short name SRMJEEE. This is an institutional level exam conducted every year.

The exam is conducted in two or three phases every year to provide admission into graduate engineering courses in SRMIST campuses in Chennai, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Tiruchirappalli, Sonepat, Haryana and Andhra Pradesh.

The questions in SRMJEEE Exam would be related to maths/biology, physics and chemistry that are taught at class 11 and 12 levels in recognized educational institutions located across India.

Questions will be in a multiple-choice format where each question has more than one reply and the right one among that has to be chosen to get marks.

Post passing the exam, candidates have to visit the website of SRMIST and apply for counselling. It is in counselling candidates can choose the course and college they wish to study.

Subjects in the plus two must be related to the subject in which candidates wish to study graduation.

Candidates can pass plus two in science stream with maths, physics and chemistry if applying for regular engineering programs.

Students trying for biology oriented engineering courses have to pass plus-two with biology, physics and chemistry.

Students who are about to appear for the qualifying exams or those who have appeared and are waiting for the results can also submit SRMJEEE 2025 Exam Application.

However, they have to pass the exam and provide proof of it by the time of admission process commencement.

4. After email is verified, they can fill the SRMJEEE 2025 Exam Application and pay the registration fees.

How to download hall ticket?

Candidates who have successfully completed SRMJEEE 2025 Exam Application submission process can alone download the hall ticket for the exam from the official website which can be accessed at ‘https://applications.srmist.edu.in/btech’

Process to obtain hall ticket is mentioned below for the sake of the students:

1. The URL mentioned above has to be typed into the browser and the website should be allowed to download.

2. Once the webpage is available, candidates can click the link for the hall ticket and then enter their username and password and submit them to obtain the hall ticket.

3. The admit card can be downloaded and then a printout of it has to be taken. Applicants have to appear for the exam at the designated test center with the hall ticket.

Point to remember

Candidates who choose to write the exam in remote proctored online mode may not require the hall ticket. While those who wish to write the exam at test center have to obtain the admit card.

Post login, the students can view their scorecards. Those who have passed the exam with the required qualifying marks can apply for admission into courses of their choice.
