NID admission 2022 has commenced and students who wish to pursue BDes or MDes can apply before November 30. National Institute of Design (NID) is conducting this admission process and students who are interested in studying either bachelors or masters degree in Design can focus on this admission process.

NID admission 2022 process

Candidates who apply for studying BDes or MDes have to first pass prelims test which is known as NID DAT Prelims. Individuals who pass prelims will have to appear for mains test which is known as NID DAT Mains.

Prelims exam
Prelims exam for both BDes and MDes will be held in offline mode, as pen/pencil and paper based test. The medium of the test for both will be English.

Prelims for BDes
There will be 27 questions for a total of 100 marks. The questions will be of multiple choice format, visual format, drawing format. Out of the 27 questions, there will be:

$ 12 questions – 1 mark each

$ 9 questions – 2 marks each

$ 1 question – 5 marks

$ 1 question – 12 marks

$ 1 question 13 marks

$ 2 questions – 15 marks each

$ 1 question – 10 marks

Prelims for MDes
This exam will have 19 questions for a total of 50 marks. The format of the questions will be of multiple choice questions, visual, text and drawing.

Admission Open in VIT for 2025

Candidates who apply for more than one discipline in MDes have at attend test for each discipline separately. Out of the total 19 questions, there will be:

$ 6 questions – 1 mark each

$ 9 questions – 2 marks each

$ 2 questions – 3 marks each

$ 1 question – 5 marks

$ 1 question – 15 marks

Studio round in the mains exam will comprise various tasks and candidates have to complete them within the alloted duration. Post completion of studio round, candidates have to attend an interview round as a part of NID admission 2022 process.

Eligibility

BDes
Students focusing on studying undergraduate course through this NID admission 2022 process must have passed plus-two from any stream from a recognised institution. Students who are appearing for their plus-two exams can also apply.

MDes
Students willing to study postgraduate course in design through this NID admission 2022 must have passed bachelors degree in design (BDes) or bachelors degree from any discipline.

BDes
● For Indian Nationals in General Category and General EWS Category: Only those candidates
born on or after 1 July 2002 are eligible to apply for admission.

● For Indian Nationals in Reserved Category (Other Backward Class-Non Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL), Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST): Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 1999 are eligible to apply for admission.

● For Indian Nationals in PwD Reserved Category: Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 1997 are eligible to apply for admission.

● For Foreign Nationals in Overseas (Supernumerary) Category: Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 2002 are eligible to apply for admission.

NID admission 2022

● For Indian Nationals in Reserved Category (Other Backward Class-Non Creamy Layer (OBCNCL), Scheduled Caste (SC) & Scheduled Tribe (ST): Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 1989 are eligible to apply for admission.

● For Indian Nationals in Person with Disabilities (PwD) Reserved Category: Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 1987 are eligible to apply for admission.

● For Foreign Nationals in Overseas (Supernumerary) Category: Only those candidates born on or after 1 July 1992 are eligible to apply for admission.

How to apply
The procedure to apply is online. Applicants for NID admission 2022 must visit the official website at ‘https://admissions.nid.edu/NIDA2022/Default.aspx’

Soon after the webpage downloads, applicants for NID admission 2022 must click ‘Signup’ button in ‘How to Apply’ Section. Soon after the candidates press ‘SignUp’ they have to provide details like their nationality, category, disability, birthdate, email and mobile number and complete the registration.

After the registration is over and username and password are obtained, candidates have to come back to the website ‘https://admissions.nid.edu/NIDA2022/Default.aspx’ and now press ‘Login’ button in ‘How to Apply’ Section’ and enter with help of username and password and commence the process of applying for NID admission 2022.

Applicants have to fill the form, upload the required documents and pay the registration fee and then submit the application form.

NID admission 2022

The same for SC, ST, General PwD, General-EWS-PwD, Non Creamy Layer OBC-PwD, PwDs in SC and ST is Rs 1500. Candidates applying for more than one discipline in MDes have to pay the registration fee for both the disciplines.

Documents
The documents to be uploaded while filling the application form for NID admission 2022 are:

# 10th class marksheets

# 12th class marksheets for BDes application (if available)

# Bachelors degree marksheets (if available) for those applying for MDes courses

# Passport size photograph of the candidate

# Scanned image of the candidate’s signature

Point to remember
Candidates who do not have the 12th class marksheets or bachelors degree marksheet can look towards attaching alternative provisional certificates.

However, the applicants of NID admission 2022 must provide the certificates regarding the qualifying exam when they take part in the admission process.

NID admission 2022

The window to make corrections in the application forms for NID admission 2022 will be made open from 4 pm of 6 December to 4 pm of 13 December.

The admit cards in connection with DAT Prelims exam will be available for download on 23 December. The prelims exam in connection with NID admission 2022 will be held on 2 January 2022.

TG LAWCET/PGLCET 2025 application submission is open till 15 April 2025 without late fee at ‘https://lawcet.tgche.ac.in/’

Registration started from 1 March 2025. There is more to it than meets the eye.

Admission Open in Amity for 2025

It is all about registration for two exams – TG LAWCET 2025 and TG PGLCET 2025.

These exams are also known as TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET. TG LAWCET/ PGLCET 2025 application submission can be done till 25 April 2025 with a payment of late fee of Rs 500.

TG LAWCET/PGLCET 2025 Application

TG LAWCET/PGLCET 2025 application submission can be done till 5 May 2025 with a late fee of Rs 1000. The date to apply is 15 May 2025 with a late fee payment of Rs 2000.

Admission Open in SRM for 2025

Candidates can take up TG LAWCET/PGLCET 2025 application submission till 25 May 2025 with a late fee of Rs 4000.

Those who have successfully completed TG LAWCET/PGLCET 2025 application submission can take up corrections in their application from 20 to 25 May 2025.

Hall tickets will be available for download from 30 May 2025 onwards. TG LAWCET will be conducted on 6 June 2025.

Admission Open in LPU for 2025

Preliminary key will be out on 10 June 2025, last date to submit objections on preliminary key is 14 June 2025 and announcement of final key and results will be done on 25 June 2025.

Osmania University will conduct TG LAWCET, PGLCET 2025 exams on behalf of Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE).

Individuals have to pass TG LAWCET, PGLCET 2025 with minimum qualifying marks also known as cutoff scores.

They are the minimum marks candidates have to score in the exam to be eligible for further process.

Scores of the candidates in TG LAWCET, PGLCET 2025 must be either greater than the cutoff marks or equal to them to be eligible for further process. The further process likely involves counselling and document verification.

What are TG LAWCET, PGLCET 2025 exams?

The full name of TG LAWCET is Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test, and the same for TG PGLCET is Telangana State PG Law Common Entrance Test. Both together are known as Telangana State Law & PG Law Common Entrance Test.

It is a state-level entrance test that is conducted once a year. TG LAWCET, PGLCET 2025 is meant to be conducted this year (2025).

TG LAWCET, PGLCET 2025 will be conducted online where answers have to be marked on a computer.

The format of questions is multiple choice, where each question will have more than one option and the right one has to be chosen to get the marks.

TG LAWCET 2025 will have questions related to Current Affairs, General Knowledge, Mental Ability, and Aptitude for the Study of Law.

Candidates aiming for under graduate law courses can apply for TG LAWCET 2025, while those aiming for post graduate law courses can register for TG PGLCET 2025.

TG LAWCET/PGLCET 2025 application submission is applying for either one of these exams.

The eligibility to apply for TG LAWCET 2025 is a pass in plus two in any stream from a recognized educational institution. Students who have passed graduate law courses can apply for TG PGLCET 2025.

Those willing to take up TG LAWCET, PGLCET 2025 registration must be natives of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.

They should satisfy local/non–local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana /Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended.

How to submit TG LAWCET/PGLCET 2025 application submission?

The process to take up TG LAWCET/PGLCET 2025 application submission is online and candidates have to visit the official website of the exam to submit applications. The URL to reach it is ‘https://lawcet.tgche.ac.in/’

  1. The URL mentioned above has to be typed into the browser of the computer and the website has to be allowed to download.
  2. Once the webpage is available, applicants for LAWCET or PGLCET have to click the required link and pay the registration fee and obtain the confirmation number.
  3. Once the confirmation number is obtained, candidates can click the link for filling out the application form and start providing all the information on that.
  4. Applicants targeting graduate law course admission can opt for filling TS LAWCET 2025 application, and those aiming for post-graduate law course admission can opt for filling TG PGLCET 2025 application.
  5. The application has to be filled out and submitted.
  6. Post submission, candidates can obtain a confirmation message indicating successful submission.
  7. Once obtained, applicants can download it and take a printout of it.

After TG LAWCET/PGLCET 2025 application submission

Hall tickets have to be downloaded, they will be made available for download from 30 May 2025 onwards.

Students who have successfully completed their TG LAWCET/PGLCET 2025 application submission alone can download their hall tickets.

Students have to appear for TG LAWCET and PGLCET 2025 on 6 June 2025.

The tests have to be passed with the required qualifying marks to be eligible for the next process which involves counselling and document verification.

The results of TS LAWCET/PGLCET will be displayed on the official website and dates for that will be announced in due course. Students who pass TG LAWCET and PGLCET exams with the required qualifying marks can apply for further admission process.

Those who get a seat in the course of their choice can convey their acceptance and pay the fees and join the classes. The details can be accessed from the official website of the exam or those of the participating institutions.
