A memorandum of understanding was signed by Manindra Agrawal, director, of IIT Kanpur with TP Singh, director general of BISAG-N in the distinguished presence of guests and industry leaders. Saankhya Labs then merged with Tejas Networks, was also associated, and he mentioned its early years, along with IIT Kanpur, in the development of the D2M technology. He talked about the current trials that are happening in Delhi for D2M and went on to discuss the device ecosystem for delivering the technology, stating that once there, it would easily help UGC to reach excellent education content to students, teachers, and citizens in very effective ways. “The potential of this technology to transform digital education in India is tremendous,” he said.
