ICAR AIEEA 2021: For great agriculture course enthusiasts
ICAR AIEEA 2021 exam application form will be available in April and is for those who wish to study courses related to agriculture.
About ICAR AIEEA 2021
ICAR AIEEA 2021 is expanded into Indian Council For Agricultural Research All India Entrance Examination For Admission 2021.
National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts All India Entrance Examination (AIEEA) on behalf of Indian Council For Agricultural Research (ICAR) to provide admission into undergraduate and post graduate courses in agricultural universities.
ICAR AIEEA 2021 is conducted even to provide admission into doctorate courses and to award scholarships and fellowships.
This is a an exam held once in a year.
Eligibility
The eligibility criteria for ICAR AIEEA 2021 depends on the type of course he or she is applying through the exam.
Undergraduate
Candidates trying to seek admission into undergraduate courses through ICAR AIEEA 2021 must be a pass in plus two with required pass percentage.
The subjects in plus-two must be physics, chemistry, biology/agriculture and maths.
Applicants from General category must have 50 percent pass marks and the same for SC/ST category candidates is 40 percent passmarks.
Applicant for undergraduate course through ICAR AIEEA 2021 must be of 16 years of age as on 31 August 2021.
Postgraduate
Candidates applying for post graduate courses through ICAR AIEEA 2021 must have passed bachelors degree in the discipline in which he or she wishes to pursue post graduation.
The pass percentage in the qualifying exam for General category candidates is 50 to 55 percent or should be having Grade points of 6.0/ 10, 3.25/5, 2.60/4.
The same for SC/ST/PC category applicants of ICAR AIEEA 2021 must be having 4o to 45 percent pass marks. They must have grade points of 5.60/10, 2.75/5, 2.20/4.
Applicants of post graduate courses through ICAR AIEEA 2021 must be of 19 years in age as of 31 August 2021.
Point to remember
Applicants who are appearing for their qualifying exam (plus-two/degree) exam can also apply for ICAR AIEEA 2021 exam.
However, they must produce their marksheets and other documents of the qualifying exam by the time of admission.

Soon after the website downloads, applicants have to click the required link for registration and start registering to obtain username and password.
Post obtaining the username and password, applicants can login and begin applying for ICAR AIEEA 2021 exam.
Applicants have to provide the required information and upload needed documents and pay the registration fees and submit the application.

Documents to be uploaded
Applicants of ICAR AIEEA 2021 exam must upload the following documents while registation:
# A passport size photograph of the candidate
# Scanned image of the candidate’s signature
# Marksheets of 10th class exam
# Marksheets of the qualifying exam – 12th class marksheet for UG course application and Bachelors degree marksheet for PG course application
# Category certificate (if applicable)
# Other certificates for claiming special privileges like reservation if applicable
The last date to submit the application is likely to be fourth week of April.
The last date to submit the hardcopy of the application is likely to be first week of May.
The admit cards for ICAR AIEEA 2021 exam will likely be made available for download in the fourth week of May.
ICAR AIEEA 2021 exam will be conducted on first week of June this year.
Result for the exam is expected to be declared by third week of June.
The counselling in connection with ICAR AIEEA 2021 exam is likely to happen from first to second week of July this year.

The registration fee
The registration fee is different for undergraduate and post graduate courses.
Undergraduate
The registration fee is Rs 500 for candidates of General/OBC/UPS category candidates while applying for ICAR AIEEA 2021 exam.
The same for SC/ST/PC category candidates is Rs 250.
Postgraduate
The registration fee is Rs 600 for General/OBC/UPS category candidates.
The same for SC/ST/PC category candidates is Rs 300 while applying for ICAR AIEEA 2021 exam.
Payment mode
The payment mode for registration fee is online. Applicants can pay the registration fee through online banking, credit card or debit card.
Exam pattern
ICAR AIEEA 2021 exam pattern also varies according to the course the candidate wishes to apply through ICAR AIEEA 2021 exam.
The exam will be in offline mode for both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Undergraduate
The total number of questions in the exam will be 180 and the format of questions will be multiple choice.
The total marks for the exam will be 720 and every right answer will have four marks and every wrong answer will lead to deduction of one mark.
Postgraduate
The total number of questions will be 160 and total marks are 650.
The format of questions will be multiple choice. Every right answer will have four marks and one mark for each cross matching questions.

Physical Science
It will consist of topics as Fats & Liquid, classifications, structure & function of plant, soil classifications.
Agronomy
Principles of crop ecology & crop adaptation, water management, protein’s, sugarcane, economic importance, medicinal & aromatics plants.
