For the 2027-31 batch, SIAS BA and BSc tuition is Rs 8,75,000 a year, with living expenses of Rs 2,25,000 a year. A one-time admission fee of Rs 35,000, a refundable deposit of Rs 50,000 and an application fee of Rs 1,500 are extra. Krea says the fee is subject to revision every year.

For the 2027 intake, tuition is Rs 5,00,000 a year for the first three years, then the MBA rate, currently Rs 8,00,000 a year, from the fourth year. Living expenses are Rs 2,25,000 a year. The Integrated MBA has 120 seats for 2027.

For the 2027-29 batch, total MBA tuition is Rs 16,00,000 for two years, paid in three instalments. Year 1 living expenses of Rs 2,25,000 and a refundable deposit of Rs 35,000 are extra. The programme is residential and staying in the campus hostel is mandatory.

The Krea Assessment Test (KAT) is an 80-minute virtual test with four sections: problem-solving, critical thinking and verbal ability, numeric reasoning and writing skills. It is held in rounds: 2 and 3 November 2026 for Round 1 (application deadline 25 October 2026), 14 and 15 December 2026 for Round 2, and later rounds until 7 June 2027. A qualifying SAT (1380), ACT (29), Ei CREST (85%) or CUET UG (90%) score waives it.

Any one of SAT (1300 overall and 600 in Math), JEE Main 2026 or 2027 (qualified), IPMAT 2026 or 2027 at or above the IIM Indore and Rohtak EWS cut-off, or 15 in each section of the Krea Aptitude Test, followed by a personal interview. The Early round closes on 1 December 2026 and the Main round on 28 March 2027.

CAT or XAT 70 percentile, CMAT 90 percentile, NMAT 210, GMAT 525, GRE 310, a qualifying GATE or IIT JAM score, or a top-20 university rank, plus an interview. For the 2027-29 batch, applications opened on 28 August 2026 and the Early round closes on 30 November 2026; the last round closes on 30 April 2027.

Krea publishes reports by programme. The IFMR GSB MBA batch of 2024-26 reported 98% of eligible students placed, an average CTC of Rs 12.69 lakh, a median of Rs 13.13 lakh and a highest of Rs 17.22 lakh. The BA and BSc class of 2025 reported 45 students placed, an average of Rs 8 lakh, a median of Rs 7 lakh and a highest of Rs 17 lakh.

BA and BSc merit scholarships waive 25% to 100% of tuition and are assessed within the admissions process without a separate application. Need-aware financial assistance is open to families with combined income below Rs 50 lakhs. The MBA has a merit-cum-means scholarship of up to Rs 2 lakhs for the top 10 eligible students.

Krea is a state private university set up under the Andhra Pradesh Private Universities (Amendment) Act, 2018 and listed on the UGC website. IFMR GSB is accredited by SAQS (AMDISA) from June 2024 to June 2029. No NAAC grade is printed on the pages checked, and Krea is not in the NIRF 2025 rank lists.

Living expenses are Rs 2,25,000 a year for the 2027 intake, subject to yearly revision, and include laundry costs up to Rs 500 a month. The MBA page describes them as boarding and lodging charges and adds medical insurance. The campus is a 40-acre site in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh.

Krea admits BA and BSc students on an online application, the Krea Assessment Test (or a qualifying SAT, ACT, Ei CREST or CUET UG score) and an interview, and BBA and Integrated MBA students on SAT, JEE Main, IPMAT or the Krea Aptitude Test plus an interview. The MBA uses CAT, XAT, CMAT, NMAT, GMAT, GRE, GATE or IIT JAM scores and an interview.
