The AICTE partnered with MathWorks to launch workshop aimed at training instructors in EV design. This initiative aims to train 100 educators in the model-based design approach for Electric Vehicle (EV) development.
The programme will include five-day workshops held at the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Chandigarh, and COEP Technological University, Pune.
The workshops will focus on fundamental aspects of modeling, simulating, and testing EV systems using MATLAB and Simulink. Participants will gain expertise in modeling EV powertrains, batteries, motors, controllers, and vehicle dynamics.
The programme also includes training on hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and rapid prototyping. Real-world EV projects will be showcased through case studies and demonstrations, enhancing the learning experience.
