WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling registration will start on 25 July 2023 for the first round. This is in connection with undergraduate medical and dental admissions in colleges across West Bengal.
West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) of Department of Health and Family Welfare of Government of West Bengal has brought out a notification with regards to the schedule.
WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling registration will start by 11 AM on 25 July 2023 and end by 4 PM 28 July 2023 for the first round. There will be four rounds of counselling and each has its own schedule.
The schedule
The notice cum information bulletin in connection with WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling will be released on 21 July 2023. The schedule in connection with the counselling is provided below for the sake of the students:
1st Round
The registration for this round of WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling will take place from 25 to 28 July 2023. The fee payment in connection with the counselling can be paid till 12 PM of 28 July 2023.
The verification of candidates in already designated colleges will take place on 27,28 and 31 July 2023. NRI candidates can take part in verification at Swasthya Bhaban.
Publication of the list of successfully verified candidates and publication of seat matrix for the first round of WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling will take place after 12 PM on 1 August 2023.

Candidates who underwent verification can take up choice filling and choice locking from 4 PM on 1 August to midnight of 2 August 2023. Candidates who got a seat can report for admission on 7,8,9 August 2023.
2nd Round
The registration for this round of WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling will take place from 14 to 15 August 2023. The fee payment in connection with the counselling can be paid till 12 PM of 15 August 2023.
The verification of candidates in already designated colleges will take place on 16,17 August 2023. NRI candidates can take part in verification at Swasthya Bhaban.
Publication of the list of successfully verified candidates and publication of seat matrix for the second round of WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling will take place after 12 PM on 21 August 2023.
Candidates who underwent verification can take up choice filling and choice locking from 4 PM on 21 August to midnight of 22 August 2023. The publication of result will be done on 25 August 2023 after 4 PM.
Candidates who got a seat in this round of WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling can report for admission on 28,29,31 August and 1 September 2023.
3rd Round
The registration for this round of WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling will take place from 5 to 6 September 2023. The fee payment in connection with the counselling can be paid till 12 PM of 6 September 2023.
The verification of candidates in already designated colleges will take place on 7,8 September 2023. NRI candidates can take part in verification at Swasthya Bhaban.
Publication of the list of successfully verified candidates and publication of seat matrix for the third round of WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling will take place after 12 PM on 9 September 2023.
Candidates who underwent verification can take up choice filling and choice locking from 4 PM on 9 September to midnight of 10 September 2023. The publication of result will be done on 13 September 2023 after 4 PM.
Candidates who got a seat in this round of WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling can report for admission on 14,15,16 September 2023.
4th Round/Stray Round
The registration for this round of WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling will take place from 10 AM to 4 PM on 18 September 2023. The fee payment in connection with the counselling can be paid till 12 PM of 18 September 2023.
The verification of candidates in already designated colleges will take place from 10 AM to 4 PM on 19 September 2023. NRI candidates can take part in verification at Swasthya Bhaban.
Publication of the list of successfully verified candidates and publication of seat matrix for the fourth round or stray round of WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling will take place after 4 PM on 20 September 2023.
Candidates who underwent verification can take up choice filling and choice locking from 11 PM on 21 September to midnight of 12 September 2023. The publication of result will be done on 25 September 2023 after 4 PM.
Candidates who got a seat in this round of WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling can report for admission on 26,27 September 2023.
Point to remember
Publication of candidates non allotted with regard to physical college level stray vacancy round will take place after 4 PM on 28 September 2023. Publication of vacancy will also take place after 4 PM on 28 September.
Conducting of allotment cum admission at respective college will take place from 12 PM to 6 PM on 30 September 2023.

The process to register for WB NEET UG 2023 counselling is online and the official website for that has to be visited at ‘https://wbmcc.nic.in/’
1. The URL mentioned above has to be typed into the browser and submitted to allow the website to download.
2. Once the website is available, candidates have to click the button UG Medical and Dental Counselling
3. Clicking the above button will open another webpage with URL ‘https://wbmcc.nic.in/UGMedDen/ugmeddenland.aspx’
4. They can click the link for registration once the webpage with above URL opens and create an account with username and password.
5. Post account creation, students can log in and undertake choice filling and locking in connection with WB NEET UG 2023 Counselling.
