The starting salary or the training stipend is above Rs 55,000 per month. This salary or the stipend consists of the Basic Pay and Allowances such as DA, Uniform Allowance, High Altitude Allowance, and others. However, this salary strongly depends on the designation and academy of the officers.

Eligibility for UPSC CDS II Exam Registration

There is some amount of application fee for UPSC CDS II exam registration. The only people who are exempted from this application fee are females of all categories and SC/ST candidates.
