TS PGECET 2021 registration began in March 12 and candidates can visit the official website at ‘tsche.ac.in’ to apply till April 30.

Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE) will conduct TS PGECET 2021 from 19 to 22 June.

About TS PGECET 2021exam

TS PGECET 2021 is conducted to provide admission into post graduate courses in the streams of engineering, technology, architecture and pharmacy and Graduate level Pharm-D (post baccalaureate) in various colleges located in Telangana state of India.

TS PGECET 2021 is expanded into Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test 2021.

Osmania University is conducting the exam on behalf of TSCHE.

Eligibility
Candidates willing to apply for the post graduate course through TS PGECET 2021 must have a bachelor’s degree in the respective discipline.

Candidates applying for post graduate engineering course through TS PGECET 2021 must be a pass in BE/BTech.

Those trying admission into post graduate pharmacy course must be a pass in BPharmacy.

Candidates looking for a seat in MArch course through TS PGECET 2021 must be a pass in BArch.

Point to remember
Candidates who have passed Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) for pharmacy or Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering or Architecture are exempted from attending TS PGECET 2021.

Admission notification for candidates who have passed GATE or GPAT exam will be issued seperately.

Post notification release, GATE and GPAT pass candidates can apply for post graduate courses in engineering, pharmacy, architecture and graduate level Pharma D (post baccalaureate).

How to apply
Candidates willing to apply for TS PGECET 2021 must know the process to apply is online.

No application in the print format or physical format will be accepted.

Procedure
# Applicants have to visit the official website of TS PGECET 2021 at ‘https://pgecet.tsche.ac.in/TSPGECET/PGECET_HomePage.aspx’

# Applicants for TS PGECET 2021 must first pay the registration fee for the exam.

# Candidates can scroll down the page after it downloads and select ‘Application Fee Payment’ under ‘Application’ menu located in the middle of the official website.

# After clicking the option for fee payment, candidates for TS PGECET 2021 exam have to provide details like their name, qualifying exam, mobile number, email id and other information and choose the payment method and pay the registration fee.

# Registration fee is Rs 1000 and for SC/ST/PwD candidates the same is Rs 500.

# Fee for TS PGECET 2021 can be paid through net banking, credit card, debit card.

# Post payment a registration number is generated. Candidates have to save the payment registration number.

# After the fee payment is over, candidates have to come back to the official website and click ‘Fill Application Form’ under ‘Application’ menu located in the middle of page.

# Post clicking the application form filling option, applicants for TS PGECET 2021 must provide their fee payment registration number, qualifying exam hallticket number, mobile number and date of birth and then begin filling the form.

After the form filling is over, applicants can check for errors and correct them.

After correction, the form can be submitted and a printout of the form must be taken and preserved for future use.

The last date to submit with a late fee of Rs 250 is 15 May, the same by paying a late fee of Rs 1000 is
31 May, last date to submit application form after paying a late fee of Rs 2500 is 7 June, the same after paying a late fee of Rs 5000 is 15 June.

Halltickets for TS PGECET 2021 will be available for download from 10 to 18 June.

TS PGECET 2021 examination will be conducted from 19 to 26 June.

Exam format
TS PGECET will be conducted in online mode as a computer based test (CBT) and is of two hours duration.

Questions will be in multiple choice format where each answer has four replies and candidates have to choose the right one among them.

The total number of questions in TS PGECET is 120 and each correct answer will have one mark and wrong answers do not give any negative marks.

Cutoff
The cutoff marks for TS PGECET 2021 is 30 marks, in case of SC/ST candidates there is no minimyum marks.

Candidates from categories other than SC/ST have to get 30 marks or above it to pass PGECET 2021 and move to next stage of admission.
