TANCET is expanded into Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test and is conducted for students who wish to join MBA and MCA courses in colleges located across Tamil Nadu. Many colleges in the state provide admission on the basis of scores in TANCET.

TANCET 2023 Schedule

TANCET 2023 registration will begin on 1 February 2023 and announcement in this connection would be released on 29 January 2023. The test for MCA will be conducted on 25 March 2023 from 10 am to 12 pm. TANCET 2023 for MBA will be held 25 March 2023 from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The last date to submit applications as per the schedule is 22 February 2023.

Students who have done BBA or any other discipline can also apply for MBA. Students focused on MCA can study BCA in graduation, even students from disciplines like BSc Computers, BSc Information Technology can also apply.

Post clicking the link, candidates can register and create an account comprising username and password. Post account creation, they can login and fill the application from and pay the registration fee and submit it.

Students who are focused on seeking admissions in ME/MTech/MArch and MPlan courses in colleges located across Tamil Nadu must register for CEETA PG 2023 exam which is known as Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admissions 2023.

The registration schedule for CEETA PG 2023 is the same as TANCET schedule. Applications can be submitted online from 1 to 22 February 2023 at the same official website. The exam for CEETA PG 2023 will be conducted on 26 March 2023 from 10 am to 12 pm.

About The Exam

The full name of the exam is Symbiosis Law Admission Test and is popularly known as SLAT.

This is an institutional level exam which is conducted once a year and students who pass this exam can apply to study BA LLB, BBA LLB, BA LLB Hons and BBA LLB Hons in Symbiosis Law Schools.

Test will be conducted as a computer based test – questions have to answered on a computer screen at the designated test center. The duration to answer the questions is one hour or 60 minutes.
