PUCET UG 2020 Application, the last date for submitting the application forms has been extended till 4 May. This is a happy news as more number of candidates will be able to submit applications now.

About PUCET UG 2020
The exam is conducted by Punjab University and is a university level entrance exam which will allow candidates to study undergraduate programmes B.Sc Hons and B.Pharmacy.

Important dates
PUCET UG 2020 Application registration began on 11 March and last date now is 4 May. The last date to deposit fee in any SBI bank using website generated challan for PUCET UG 2020 Application is 3:59 pm of 6 May.

Last date for fee deposit with regards to PUCET UG 2020 Application through online mode is 6 May. The last date for uploading photograph, signature with rest of the information on the website is 8 May.

After PUCET UG 2020 Application is submitted candidates have to focus delivery of hall tickets. Admit cards will be available for download on 12 May. The relevant information will be sent to the email id of the applicant.

Candidates who have not completed their form but have paid requisite fee can complete their form by paying late fee of Rs. 500 by 13 May. Entrance test will be 16 May. Results will be declared from 28 to 30 May.

PUCET UG 2020 Application Fee
Application fee is Rs 2175 for candidates of General and OBC categories. SC, ST and PwD candidates registration fee is Rs 1088 and for additional paper (Biology/Maths) is Rs 300.

The method to pay fee is online banking, credit card, debit card. Candidate can choose the mode of payment as per their convenience.

Eligibility criteria
Applicants must bear in mind that they have the required eligibility conditions before they go ahead with PUCET UG 2020 Application registration.

Candidates applying for biotechnology, microbiology, biochemistry courses must be having mathematics/biology, physics, chemistry as their subjects in plus-two with a pass percentage of 50. The same for SC, ST candidates is 45%.

Applicants for B.Pharmacy course must have English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology subjects in their plus-two with a pass percentage of 50. The same for SC, ST candidates is 45%.

Applicants for Botany and Geology must have Chemistry, Biology, Physics, English subjects in their qualifying examination in their plus-two with a pass percentage of 50. The same for SC, ST candidates is 45%.

For Mathematics, Physics Candidates must have maths and physics compulsorily as one of their subjects in plus-two along with others with a pass percentage of 50. The same for SC, ST candidates is 45%.

Exam pattern
After the completion of PUCET UG 2020 Application process, candidates have to focus on the exam pattern. Exam contains 60 questions each in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology for 120 marks.
