NEET UG 2024: Correction Window to Open from 18 to 20 March 2024
NEET UG 2024 correction window will remain open from 18 to 20 March 2024. Students who have submitted applications for NEET UG 2024 will be able to make corrections in them during these days.
Corrections in the particulars in the application forms already submitted can be done from 18 March 2024 to 11:50 PM on 20 March 2024.
They are advised to make use of this chance and take up error rectification very carefully, as they may not get any other chance to take up corrections.
In cases where changes in Gender, Category, or PwD status affect the fee amount, candidates will be charged a fee accordingly. Please note that this additional payment made will not be refunded.
How to take up corrections?
Candidates have to visit the official website of NEET UG 2024 with the help of URL ‘https://exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/’
1. The URL mentioned above has to be typed into the browser of the computer and submitted to allow the webpage to download.
2. Once the webpage is ready, candidates can click the link for application correction.
3. Clicking the link may open a webpage with another URL.
4. After the URL opens, candidates can enter their credentials like application number, date of birth and submit them to view the application.
5. Corrections can be made and the required fee has to be paid and then the form has to be submitted.
NEET UG 2024 registration fees
NEET UG 2024 registration fees is Rs 1700 for General category candidates and NRI applicants. The same is Rs 1600 for General-EWS/OBC-NCL category applicants.
SC/ST/PwBD/Third Gender category applicants have to pay Rs 1000 while taking up NEET UG 2024 registration.

2. Once the website is ready, candidates can click the link for the hall ticket.
3. This will likely open another website and there, they have to enter their application number and other details and submit them to view the admit card.
Point to remember
Once the admit card is visible, applicants can download and take a printout. Only those who have successfully completed NEET UG 2024 registration will be able to download admit card.
The link to download admit card will be made active on the official website at the appropriate time.
Students can visit the official website as the exam time nears, to find the link for download hall ticket. Link for obtaining admit cards are usually made available about 10 to 15 days before the exam day.
Students who pass NEET UG 2024 with the required qualifying marks can apply for counselling where they choose the college and course. Counselling takes place to fill seats at the All India level and state level.
Students who wish to study in central government institutions can apply under the All India Quota for which Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) conducts the counselling.
Respective authorities of various states in India conduct counselling at their state level. Candidates can visit the official websites of the respective authorities for more information.
The best thing to do would be to follow the website of NTA for updates on 2024 NEET UG. Registration can be done at the appropriate time.
Candidates who do not get a seat in the institution of their choice in the initial rounds of counselling can apply in the subsequent rounds.
