JNU entrance 2020 registration begins
Jawaharalal Nehru University (JNU) Entrance Examination (JNUEE) 2020 registration has already commenced on 2 March. While the last date for the registration is 5 pm of 31 March, the exam will be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) from 11 to 14 May.
The admit card for the exam will be released on 30 April. The exam is conducted for providing admissions into various courses at graduate, post graduate and doctoral levels in the university. The admissions to be done through this test is for academic year 2020-21.

The test will be a computer based test and duration will be for three hours. The first session of the exam will go on from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and the second session will go on from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The process for applying is online and once the applications are loaded, students can make corrections of any mistakes made with regards to filling any information in the application form from 7 to 15 April.
Applicants can opt for maximum of three fields of study of their choice for the same level of Programme
for appearing in the entrance examination. Single application form should indicate order of preference of fields of study for admission.
Candidates must go through the scheduled exam dates for each subject of study they want to apply so that they can ensure the date for one exam is not the same as the other. This is just to ensure that the subjects for which the candidate is going to write the exam fall on different dates and time so that he or she can comfortably write all the exams of subjects of his choice without any hinderance.
Admission to JNU is based on the performance of candidates in the All India Level Entrance Examination. The final selection is based upon the performance of candidates in the CBT for all programmes of study, except M.Phil. and Ph.D. For Selection in M.Phil. and Ph.D through CBT mode, candidates are called for Viva voce and final merit list is made with 70% weightage to CBT score and 30% weightage to Viva.
