Sources say, the application submission process could be made open for students soon.

This test will be conducted across India by National Testing Agency (NTA). The other important information will likely be out when the JEE Mains 2024 registration process opens.

Over 11 lakh students have registered and appeared for the exam last year. The same is expected in connection with JEE Mains 2024 registration.

Prospective dates for various exams to be conducted by NTA in 2024 have also been announced. JEE Mains 2024 first session will be conducted on 24 January 2024 to 1 February 2024.

The second session of the exam will be conducted between 1 to 15 April 2024. This means, JEE Mains 2024 registration for first session could be opened in November or December 2023.

The notification

Things begin with the release of notification, once it is released, the process of JEE Mains 2024 registration will start. The notification for first session may be released in November or December 2023.

Dates

The exam dates for JEE Mains 2024 for both the sessions have been announced now, the dates for other things like release of results, dates for correction in applications, dates for release of admit cards, dates for announcement of results, dates for release of answer keys are yet to be announced.

As the time moves ahead, announcements of dates for other things mentioned above will be made likely. A pass in this exam is a must for admission into graduate engineering in many institutions across India.

Test conducted by NTA will have questions related to maths, physics and chemistry of plus-two level and exam is conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT).

About JEE Mains 2024

JEE Mains 2023 is an exam that is conducted two times a year and students who have passed plus-two from a recognised educational institution from anywhere in India can apply for it.

The exam will have three papers, Paper 1, Paper 2A, Paper 2B. Paper 1 of JEE Mains 2023 is for students focused on graudation in engineering (BE or BTech).

Students keen on studying undergraduation in architecture (BArch) have to appear for Paper 2A, those who wish to study graduation in planning (BPlan) have to appear for Paper 2B.

Architecture aspirants have also to answer questions related to creativity, innovation, drawing along with that of maths, physics and chemistry.

Who can take up JEE Mains 2024 registration?

Students who have passed plus-two from a recognised educational institution with subjects as maths, physics and chemistry can take up JEE Mains 2024 registration.

Even students who have appeared for the plus-two exams and are waiting for results or who are about to appear for the qualifying exam can also take up JEE Mains 2024 registration.

However, these students have to pass the exam and provide proof of it by the time of admission. Not able to do, may lead to cancellation of admission.

How to take up JEE Mains 2024 registration?

Procedure to take up JEE Mains 2024 registration is online and students have to visit the official website to submit applications.

1. The URL mentioned above has to be typed into the browser and submitted to allow the website to download.

2. Once the website is ready, candidates can click the link for registration which may open another webpage.

3. When another webpage opens, candidates have to click the link for registration and create a user account.

4. Candidates can login with help of user account and start applying for the exam.

5. The required documents have to be uploaded and registration fee has to be paid and the application has to be submitted.

Once the message is obtained, it can be downloaded and printout can be taken and preserved for future use.

Hall ticket for the JEE Mains exam will be made available for download at the appropriate time, students can visit the official website and download it.

Those who have successfully completed JEE Mains 2024 registration can only download the hall tickets from the official website. Hall ticket is a must if students are to appear for JEE Mains.

Candidates have to pass JEE Mains with the required qualifying marks which are also known as cutoff marks.

Score of the candidates has to be either greater or equal to the cutoff score to become eligible for counselling.

Registration started from 1 March 2025. There is more to it than meets the eye.

It is all about registration for two exams – TG LAWCET 2025 and TG PGLCET 2025.

These exams are also known as TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET. TG LAWCET/ PGLCET 2025 application submission can be done till 25 April 2025 with a payment of late fee of Rs 500.

The eligibility to apply for TG LAWCET 2025 is a pass in plus two in any stream from a recognized educational institution. Students who have passed graduate law courses can apply for TG PGLCET 2025.

Those willing to take up TG LAWCET, PGLCET 2025 registration must be natives of Telangana or Andhra Pradesh.

They should satisfy local/non–local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana /Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974 as subsequently amended.

Hall tickets have to be downloaded, they will be made available for download from 30 May 2025 onwards.

Students who have successfully completed their TG LAWCET/PGLCET 2025 application submission alone can download their hall tickets.

Students have to appear for TG LAWCET and PGLCET 2025 on 6 June 2025.

The tests have to be passed with the required qualifying marks to be eligible for the next process which involves counselling and document verification.
