JEE Mains 2021: April session great dates revised
JEE Mains 2021 exam for April session will be conducted on 20,22,25,27 July.
The dates have been revised for the third edition of JEE Mains 2021 which was to be conducted from 20 to 25 July as per the earlier planned schedule.

Registration
A total of 709519 candidates have registered for the third edition of JEE Mains 2021.
Experts observing the education sector feel the response received from the applicants was really good.
Exam centres
JEE Mains 2021 would be conducted at the test centres located across 334 cities across the country and abroad.
Admit card
As guessed earlier, admit cards for the third edition (April) of JEE Mains 2021 is now available for download at the official website ‘https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/’
How to download admit card
Candidates have to visit the official website of the exam ‘https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/’ and soon after the webpage downloads, they can find three links.
Applicants have to click any one of the three links and when another webpage downloads, they
have to choose the exam session, enter their application number, date of birth, security pin which will be mentioned on the webpage and login to download the hall ticket.
In case of errors, candidates have to take it to the notice of authorities concerned for rectification.
If no errors, applicants can download the admit card and take a printout of it.
Point to remember
The admit card available for download right now is for the April session or third edition of JEE Mains 2021.

The same for the fourth edition of JEE Mains 2021 will be made available in due course. A seperate information will be given in this regard.
Paper 1
The third edition of JEE Mains 2021 will only be conducted for Paper 1 (BE/BTech). Students who wish to seek admission into BE/BTech courses in IIITs or NITs have to pass this paper.
Paper 2A and Paper 2B
Candidates who want to appear for BArch (Paper 2A) abd BPlanning (Paper 2B) have to apply for the fourth edition of JEE Mains 2021.
The registration for fourth edition of JEE Mains 2021 is extended till 14 July.
Exam centre
Applicants who wish to change their exam centre in connection with JEE Mains 2021 exam have to visit the official website ‘jeemain.nta.ac.in’ and then click the link for form correction.

JEE Advanced
Candidates have to appear for JEE Mains 2021 and have to get a score that puts them among the top 2.5 lakh rank holders if they are to apply for JEE Advanced a pass in which gets admission in IITs.
More about JEE Mains
This popular exam is to be held for four times a year from 2021 onwards. JEE Mains is to be conducted in February, March, April and May. The sessions of February and March were conducted successfully this year.
However, the COVID-19 situation led to postponement of third and fourth (April and May) sessions of JEE Mains.
Candidates who have registered for JEE Mains and have paid the registration fee totally can download their admit cards for the exam.
The questions in JEE Mains 2021 exam are from physics, chemistry and maths lessons taught in plus-two classes in recognised institutions located across the country.
Students focusing on engineering admissions have to get good score in Paper 1 of JEE Mains 21, those who wish to study architecture must pass Paper 2A and those wishing to study planning must pass in Paper 2B.
Architecture students must in addition must also focus on enhancing drawing skills. Candidates applying for architecture courses through JEE Mains 21 are likely to be tested on drawing and related creativity skills.
