IIT Delhi placement 2020 – is all about the splendid achievement recorded by it with regards to job offers its students have received this year.
IIT Delhi placement witnessed this year is four percent more than what was seen the previous year. The delightful point with regards to IIT Delhi placement is that it has remained impressive despite conditions being not so pleasing.

The job offers received this time are over 1100 and this included the pre-placement ones that were made to the students of IIT Delhi by various national and international organisations.
IIT Delhi placement showed that about 85.6 percent undergraduate and post graduate students who availed the placement services this time got posted.
IIT Delhi placement this year shows that about 31 percent of the job offers during this year’s placement (academic year 2019-2020) came from core sector.

IIT Delhi placement this time also witnessed about 23 percent of the participants getting jobs in IT sector, 13 percent from analytics, nine percent of job offers were from consulting.
And seven percent of job offers in this time’s IIT Delhi placement came from management sector and the same with regards to finance sector remained three percent.
IIT Delhi placement 2020 – For IIT Delhi placement season for academic year 2019-2020, over 430 organisations have registered and job offers that have poured in are more than 600.
It is interesting to note that, earlier, second phase of IIT Delhi placement had to be conducted once again as many companies took back the job offers.
There is one hope across the nation and that is the situation would get better and better as the time moves ahead.
Indian Institute of Technology Delhi is one of the 23 IITs created to be Centres of Excellence for training, research and development in science, engineering and technology in India.
Established as College of Engineering in 1961, the Institute was later declared as an Institution of National Importance under the “Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 1963” and was renamed as “Indian Institute of Technology Delhi”.
It was then accorded the status of a Deemed University with powers to decide its own academic policy, to conduct its own examinations, and to award its own degrees.

Since its inception, over 48000 have graduated from IIT Delhi in various disciplines including Engineering, Physical Sciences, Management and Humanities & Social Sciences.
Of these, nearly 5070 received Ph.D. degrees. The number of students who graduated with B.Tech. degree is over 15738.
