IISER IAT 2023 registration is open till 25 May 2023
IISER IAT 2023 registration commenced on 15 April 2023.
The last date to submit applications is 25 May 2023.
BS-MS programs can be studied in IISER campuses.
They are located in Berhampur, Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram and Tirupati.
Students who take up IISER IAT 2023 registration can take up corrections from 11 AM on 28 May to 5 PM on 29 May 2023.
Individuals who have successfully taken up IISER IAT 2023 registration can download hall tickets from 10 June 2023 onwards.
The main exam will be conducted on 17 June 2023 and the results of the IISER IAT exam will be published on 3 July 2023.

Students who have passed KVPY (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana) or JEE Advanced can also apply.

What is IISER IAT 2023?
The full name is the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Aptitude Test.
It is known as IISER IAT in the shorter version, it is a national-level exam conducted by one of the IISERs.
IISERs are located in various parts of India.
The exam is conducted in online mode and questions related to biology, physics, chemistry and maths are asked in the test.
Maximum marks in IAT `is 240, four marks will be provided for every correct answer, and 1 mark is deducted for every wrong reply.
IAT will consist of 60 questions, 15 questions each from Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics.
Subjects in the plus two must be from the science stream – maths/biology, physics and chemistry.
The minimum pass percentage in plus two must be 60% for candidates of the general category.
The same for candidates from SC/ST/PwD categories is 55%.

IISER IAT 2023 registration fee is Rs 2000 for candidates of General, EWS and OBC-NCL category candidates.
SC/ST/PwD/Kashmiri Migrants have to pay Rs 1000 as IISER IAT 2023 registration fee.

Students who have passed IISER IAT 2023 with the required qualifying marks can appear for further process.
The process that lies ahead comprises counselling and document verification.
Those who get a seat during the counselling can accept and pay the fees and join the course.
